This is an AMAZING place to visit and if you let Cathy Nance guide you through the streets and introduce you to the people you will be able to actually experience this haunted town. She has done the research for you. Follow the map and visit each place, call the shop owners by name as you enter thier stores and you will be greeted with excitement. I cannot imagine visiting this town without this guide. If you cannot visit the town, then take a seat and let Nancy take you there with the stories and the pictures in this book. You most definatly do not have to be a ghost hunter to enjoy the history and facts you will find in this book. I love the Haunted America series and I love this Author. Looking forward to more books.

I don’t believe in the supernatural, and the book is a little bit “woo woo”, however I enjoyed reading about the history of Spring Texas.

I like the way the book is written and put together. It makes a very good reference book for those interested in the history of Old Town Spring. You can walk around Old Town Spring following the book and experiencing Old Town Spring for yourself.

Great book! I've taken the haunted tour in old town spring but it wasn't as detailed as this book was. Nice to know when you live 10 minutes from Old town spring.

After visiting Old Town spring, I was hungry for more information. This book is well written and easy to follow.

Great history and places to explore

This is a very nice history of the Old Town Spring area in general in addition to being a very concise presentation regarding ghostly haunts in the area. As a life long resident of Spring area, it presents may facts, stories and legends that I have not heard or seen in print before. If you like the paranormal, history or just a plain Jane old ghost story, you love this book... If you want to go to Spring and maybe experience some of this yourself, this book is a perfect guide...
