This stuff is great!!! I have very little experience with dry shampoo...I think near 10 years ago I tried some name-brand stuff because I saw a commercial for it (and was in high school...), but I hated it. Literally used it once and gave up. Since then I have been a dry shampoo skeptic. However, now I am in a grad school counseling internship (plus an actual paid job) and don't always have time to shower as often as I'd like. My body doesn't feel gross, but I have very straight, thick hair that gets greasy on top after a couple days without showering. Usually I don't care (paid job is at home, and some oil in hair is good for it), but I have clients now and need to look professional and hygienic.So I went on a limb and bought this dry shampoo based on the positive reviews. I am SUPER happy with it! I decided to use it on an evening it didn't matter, just to see. 2 minutes later, my hair looked better than ever! (My boyfriend was even amazed! He said it looked like it had been professionally done, no joke. I do think my current haircut is perfect for this stuff, to be fair.) I don't usually style it or even blow dry it, so this gave it a lot of body that is rare, and it was soooo quick and easy. I sprayed it on my roots in layers, and then brushed like crazy in all directions. Once I had reapplied in the greasier places and thought it was thoroughly worked through, I just flipped my head down, shook it out, and flipped it back into place (yeah, I have hair I can flip back into a perfect part). Et voila! Hair that looked fresh and had more body than ever before (which got weighed down in a couple hours, but whatever). The next morning I did it again and took the dry shampoo to my internship just in case, but never needed to reapply it! The next day it needed actually washed, but this stuff got me through one more day and I was so grateful!On to the details. The smell is good, subtle and not overwhelming. It doesn't last all day, though, so don't do it for the scent. However, the floral is not offensive at all. The spray itself comes out white, which is nice cause then you can tell when it's been worked into your hair. It feels a little chalky if you run your hands through it, but you won't see any residue on your hands, so that's the only weird thing (but to be expected).Overall, if you're considering it, I challenge you to try it! I was a huge skeptic, now firm believer.

I love, love, LOVE this product. I used to have to wash my hair daily or it would look greasy and gross. It was causing my ends to dry and split. I tried a few other dry shampoos and they all made my head itch or didn't absorb the oil well. Batiste is AMAZING!! I can go days without washing and my hair looks great. It adds volume to my thin hair and makes it easier to style. I love the floral scent the best, but have tried several other scents and they are all great. Floral reminds me of a light, flowery women's perfume, so it blends well with my other beauty product. If you spray too much in one spot, it can cause hair to look white (because the spray is white). All you have to do if this happens is either keep working the spray into your roots, pat the area until the white powder spreads out, or hit it with a blast from the blow dryer. I really can't say enough about Batiste. Changed my entire morning routine. I can sleep in an extra 20mins or get ready on short notice because I know my hair will look and smell clean.

This is hands down my all time favorite dry shampoo. I love it so much and use it in my day to day routine. I find it works best if you apply it at night, tie your hair up and leave in overnight. In the morning I use my fingertips to scrub it into my scalp and the brush out any excess white powder. My hair and scalp look and feel fresh and I am able to extend the time between washes by at least 3 extra days. Beyond degreasing, this product is great for extra volume and grip, if you find your hair is too sleek or slippery when trying to style it, spray some of this lightly in that area to give the hair more texture to grab onto. I style hair for a local fashion magazine and use that trick all the time on tough to style hair. I will never use another dry shampoo you just can't beat this and the price is amazing.

I’ve used floral for several years now. This is the first time I’ve purchased here for it and it is NOT the same “floral” scent. If it didn’t work the same I’d actually think it’s fake. Since it does the job I gave it 4 stars. I will not purchase again as i can’t stand the smell.

I really like this product. I would suggest using it sparingly though, or spraying your hair at a slight distance so you don't pile it on too concentrated. It doesn't seem to weigh hair down, but I would use it on the second or third day after washing your hair. I personally put it on on both sometimes the second and third day in combination with a shine spray like this Biosilk one. Biosilk Therapeutic Shine On, 5.3 Ounce I put the dry shampoo on the roots of my hair and brush it through, focusing mainly on my scalp. Then I spray this shine spray in the ends of my hair to give it a nice luster. If you don't want to spray directly on your hair, I found that spraying my hands and rubbing in on the ends works as well. Great product, and it smells good too.

I have used another brand in the past and it brushed out easier and had a lighter, clean scent which I liked better. I can no longer get it. This dry shampoo is good. I admit I bought it for the floral scent, but it's more citrus to my nose. I don't hate it, but it's not my favorite scent in my hair. It is very easy to use although you will need to really brush to get it through and remove the white powder. The price is good.

I’m natural and really take my hair products seriously. In between my bi monthly washing, I use this spray to soak up any excess oil on my scalp, typically after my workouts. It works great - because my hair is so dry there isn’t enough oil for me to warrant washing too many times in between when I do my hair. So I spray this once or twice a week max and it really helps add that volume and fresh, airy scent to my hair which I love. It does make your hair white for a few seconds; so you have to brush it into your hair or finger comb it afterwards. This is a new staple in my routine for sure, so glad I found it!
