Buy the bundle not this item
I didn’t do my research and didn’t realise you need to also buy the correct controllers and base stations. Not all the controllers work the base stations so you need to check that too. If you buy all the bits separately like I had to it costs way more than buying the bundle that includes base stations and controllers.

Great improvement over the original Vive - Especially for people with vision in only one eye
People with vision in One Eye only will also benefit so the clearer screen and ability to easily read in game text/books etc in RPGs.The original Vive had resolution issues that prevented reading ingame text and suffered from glass door effect. This is a much improved headset that functions with the original lightboxes and wands. So if you already have the original Vive then you only need the headset.Sound is excellent with the off ear ear phones. and the flip up display is a bonus for quickly looking for something in the real world without the need to completely remove the headset.Headset only currently retails around the £500-£550 mark. Full kit is between £900 - £1000 depending on bundles.

MUST BUY base stations
Despite being sold as headset only; they don't tell you this will not function without the base stations. The headset alone is useless and a massive waste of money.Returning to the scammers
