Doesn't hold charge or last long...
Not sure if the battery is all that great! I give it a day or more to recharge and have it on the number 2 setting for my dogs. It only lasts about 3 days before I have to recharge it again, but it has been said that it should last longer than that. I sometimes think it doesn't even last that long, because my dogs are usually quiet the first couple days then they start barking again after that!

My neighbor's dog was unfazed (review for both black and tan versions)
It was very difficult to find a anti-barking device. Too many fake reviews. I found this one with what seems to have some "legit" reviews, but even I can't be sure that's so. I took a gamble. Well, the product is not effective. It turns on and lights up. It charged properly. It does automate the ultrasonic sound when you test it by speaking or simulating a barking noise into it. It is even audible to the human ear if you put your ear close enough to it. At least for me. I can hear an initial sound, but I'm sure there's an even more audible sound only to dogs.I tested it on myself. I put the device close to my ear and it was unbearable. It's like the worst case of tinnitus that pierces your ears. Taking this into consideration, I don't know what the TRUE range is. It claims various ranges up to 50ft for large dogs. I don't think my neighbor's dog was fazed by it, at just 15 feet away. I set it to range level 3 which is 50ft.My neighbor's dog came out to bark a few times, and then stopped, but it was barking at the delivery service worker. Then I heard it bark once again, and then it stopped. I could have sworn I heard a dog whimpering, but I could be wrong. I've had a lot of anxiety because of my neighbor's dog barking so I "hear things" a lot. It has disrupted my day-to-day living and it has caused me a great deal of stress.I bought an ultrasonic clicker just in case this device doesn't work. As of now, it doesn't seem to be effective. I think my neighbor called in his dog because we have made two complaints to him about his dog already and they said, "They will do their best." Which is more than what most terrible neighbors would ever do. Often with people, "Their best isn't good enough." I would rather people respond with, "It will never happen again. I'm sorry it has caused you great stress." But that's asking for too much, right?Like I said, I don't think it's effective. My mother went outside and walked around the house in which my neighbor's dog will bark at her incessantly, and I stood next to the device to make sure it was working. The dog didn't even flinch. He kept barking, and barking. I cannot recall the device emitting the sound. It didn't even pick up the dog's barking. Very frustrating.I find it silly that the device only emits the ultrasonic sound through one hole, when it should shoot out in a wider range. If you are trying to deter a neighbor's dog from barking, good luck. It won't be easy to place this device directly at your neighbor's dog, and in range to make it become effective. And depending on how old the dog is, droopy-eared dogs, may not be bothered by it and will continue to bark.My neighbor's dog is a golden retriever. He seems older. At least 7-10 years old. He's a big barker. We can hear his bark through our walls, loud and clear. And it barks at everything, leaves, people walking all sides of the street. My neighbor across the street from us could be walking to her car and it will bark at her. It barks at her as she's pulling out of the driveway. It's ridiculous.I have been saving money to move. Hopefully out of state. I dislike California. Too many people. Over population. And we live like rats in boxes, five feet away from one another. There's no peace and quiet. I think that's the best solution. Move somewhere and buy a few acres of land and have no neighbors. I lived in California for 30 years, and it's always the same. You move and you end up with noisy neighbors, or a neighbor that is quiet but has a dog or dogs that bark 24/7. The only time it's quiet is when the dog is sleeping. Humans always have their limits. Chronic environmental noise is something we cannot adapt to. It has been proven scientifically. You can ignore it all you want, but it's there. It will always be there.I see two solutions:1. Talk to your neighbor and hope he or she complies.2. Move out.Even if you have to sell your house, do it for your sanity. There are many stories of homes not selling because of neighborhoods with dogs barking incessantly. We're talking multi-million dollar homes, as well. No one likes neighbors with dogs that bark incessantly.I do think everyone should purchase this and try it for yourselves. If it could work for you, that's great and wonderful. If it doesn't, it's just $20 down the drain. It's worth a shot for some sanity, right?Train your dogs. Lithium Battery version (vs. 9-volt)
UPDATE (6/3/2020): Used a USB inline volt/amp meter to determine that the green LED will continue to blink even when fully charged. Added two more pictures, the first shows a charger amperage of 0.3934A, and 30 minutes later, it dropped to 0.0704A, so basically done charging. For comparison, my smart phone registers a full 1.0A when charging.USB Tester UM25C USB Meter Testerhttps://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07PZRSYXDInvtek USB Digital Power Meter Testerhttps://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B083TD2BW5-----SUMMARY: Our 18-month Fox Terrier loves to bark when she gets excited. We don't want to disturb the neighbors, so we bought a remote operated training collar [1], but that requires us to have it on her, and it is turned on, AND we have to press a button when she barks. So that was not working. We decided to give this Ultrasonic trainer a try. After reading through a lot of reviews, I decided on the Lithium Battery option, as 9-volt batteries are such an old technology (still works).FIRST USE: As I was charging it, she started to bark, so I disconnected it from the charger, and placed it on level 1. You can tell it is transmitting because the RED LED illuminates every time it does. She barked for about 3-5 seconds, but then she started to hear the ultrasonic sound, and she started switching between whimpering and barking. She stopped barking after about 10-15 seconds total time. Normally she will go for a minute or two. So right off the bat, this appears to be working as advertised.OBSERVATIONS:1) When charging, the LED blinks GREEN about once per second (see video). Per the manufacturer, should be charged 2-3 hours before first use. Device will NOT operate while charging port is plugged in.2) While water resistant, would not recommend mounting it outside unless it's under cover from rain, as water could enter the front microphone and ultrasonic speaker openings.ADDITIONAL SPECIFICATIONS:1) USB Type-C connector2) Dimensions: 3-1/8" high, 1" deep, 2" tall (2-1/2" with the mounting ears).FOLLOW-UP QUESTIONS:A) Does the LED stop blinking, or illuminate SOLID GREEN when fully charged? DOES NOT (see update)B) Does the Lithium last 14 days on stand-by (per the manufacturer)?PROS:1) Lithium battery (looks like Li-Polymer, Li-Po), 400 mAH per the manufacture.2) Simple operation.3) Three ranges.CONS:None.RELATED PRODUCTS:Dog Training Collar - Rechargeable Dog Shock Collar w/3 Training Modeshttps://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07N7CFMSY

Worked the First Few Weeks
This did work, at first! I thought I had found something that worked. My dog was quiet the first few weeks, because he hated hearing this work. We've had it a few months. It works and it doesn't work. I can talk right at it in a loud tone of voice and see the red light turn on and hear a light buzzing sound. It's technically on and functioning. My dog will still bark like crazy. He's use to the sound and ignoring this device, so it is now useless. I have tried every feature and my dog looks at me like I'm crazy for thinking this would shut him up. I'm about to trash this device, because we're now outside the 30 day return window.

Maybe I have SUPER DOG?
Hard to tell if this is doing anything.... the green light flashes to indicate there it is on and 'ready'. When my dog barks, I can see it activated. The dog continues to bark... no change what so ever... even from 4 feet away. I have it at the top of my staircase on the second floor. That is where my dog sits and barks anyone approaching the stairs. Maybe I have a super dog that is immune to the pitch emitted. I know the dog has extraordinary hearing. Bummed that it did not work for me.

Resultados no logrados

no me funciono
No, lamentablemente no.Aunque el producto aparentemente funciona desde el punto de vista electromecánico, no detiene los ladridos del perro del vecino que no deja de molestar.
