4/32" (1/8") Cotton Piping Cord, Size 00 (10 yds)

I’ve been looking for 1/8” cord to make my own piping to use when sewing apparel for YEARS. I gave up. I figured if I really wanted to add piping to a garment I’d have to buy the pre-made which is overpriced and has limited color choices, or do without. All this time there’s been this wonderful company just on the other side of Lake Michigan from me, making it locally. Now I can make piping with any fabric I choose, I’m supporting local people and a local company and my cording doesn’t need to pollute the planet by traveling halfway across the globe to get to my sewing space.On a side note, people who’ve given this poor reviews, this cording is meant to be covered in FABRIC, not to be used just on its own. Before you leave a bad review try looking inwards and realize you’re using it incorrectly, the problem is with you not this product.

I used this to make piping to go with the bag I was making for my daughter. She had bought ready made piping but the wrong color. She needed a blue tone lavender and she bought a red tone lavender. I sued sone bias tape in the right color to make my piping. It worked beautifully.

This worked well for my needs. I bought it a little to small but i was able to work it to make the piping for my throw pillows

I was looking for cording to use as ties on covid masks. This is not working well. It will be good for its intended purpose as piping covered with fabric. Stashed in the closet.

Fantastic, product and quick delivery. They now deliver in a box so no damage to the package. And obviously this isn't for making masks I don't know why people are giving it a bad review. That's just not what it's for. I'm using it for crocheting a rug. Overall very good quality, nice weight. But for upholstery, this is perfect.

Item is perfect and as described. Great value for $ if you buy the 90 yard size.I’ve made piping out of this for clothing.(This item is not elastic and is not meant for use in making face masks)
