Does the job
If you really want to try mobile VR, it's a good buy. I will warn you, the mobile VR selection is very limited, and not as exciting as you might think, although, it's a fun little toy.the headset itself fits my phones nicely. really simple, customizable IPD setting, a button on top that functions properly. The lenses are great, but where the real problem comes in, is the headstrap. This headstrap design has plagued VR headsets forever. It's a functional design, but it's a little too simple to be considerably comfortable for any real period of time, but then again, there's hardly enough content for mobile VR to really constitute a lengthy time spent. The controller works through bluetooth. And it's functional. There's not much more to say about it. Using it is a bit complicated, I had to find a video explaining it. I had also yet to find any applicable reason to use it for VR. It actually functions best as a simple remote to use your phone as a media player.Would recommend to someone who wants to try out mobile VR.

Better than expected
I thought this product was going to be mediocre at best seeing as it was cheaper than most of the other models I looked at. However, we were pleasantly surprised. Don't get me wrong, this is not a top of the line model. But it is still built solid. I bought these for my twin 11 yo. They are having so much fun with them. The only complaint I have is that there were no instructions for the remote. My son was having difficulty using the remote and it wasn't until we found a video tutorial online that showed us how to adjust the remote for gameplay. The velcro on the straps should go all the way around the strap but they stop in the middle back making it difficult to totally adjust the straps for snugness. There is extra cushion on the nose piece which my kids liked. Game suggestions were included in the box which was nice. Overall, very happy with this product.

No nose padding. Very cool to see if you want a real setup.
You get what you pay for. The thing is really cool if you wanna try a vr type experience before buying a real headset. My biggest complaint if the comfort. The “nose pad” as they call it is two flaps to keep light out. This thing literally rests on your nose since you can’t tighten the straps too much without popping out the mounting brackets on the side. The WHOLE headset has padding around it except the bridge of the nose. I have a moderately high and sharp bridge and it’s downright painful to wear especially with a phone in it. The flaps to keep out the light need to be adjusted almost every time you put on the set. This device serves its purpose. To see if I like VR enough to buy a standalone set. The answer is yes. This thing is cheap but very cool when it’s focused right. Glue a piece of memory foam or a sponge for a nose pad. I would even go so far as to say just look for a lighter cheaper set, this thing won’t see heavy use from me. If I could do it again I’d get the cardboard set from google.

Worth the price.
For the price it's really not bad. It arrived on time despite Covid slowing down the mail everywhere. The field of vision is great. Video quality is decent, but honestly most of that depends on the site you're on and the quality of videos they offer. Some I found were very low resolution and hardly watchable. Others were incredibly clear and very realistic. "Screen door" effect is almost always visible though. I was able to focus most things with the horizontal lens sliders, but vertical adjustment would make it much better. Comfort was ok but extended viewing does wear on your nose after a while. Adjusting the top strap on the headset helped with that a lot. The added nose flaps make a big difference keeping light out. The remote was pretty much useless but lots of other reviews said that too, so I expected that. Overall I'm very pleased. My next headset will be a more expensive one, but for someone just dipping there toes into VR this headset is well worth the price.

First VR headset, not perfect but nice.
At first I thought I would not notice the big pixels on a One Plus 7 Pro but the lenses magnify so much that you can see the pixel grid. It feels like staying at an old CRT TV off old days up close. Other than that, this is my first experience with VR and it's ok. Very comfortable headset, you can adjust the lenses and head band. I got this too try and view 360 VR spherical Panoramas made with Enscape3D... The app I tried does not recognize w either the headset or the screen size or both... All other content looks nice. Still, b didn't expect to notice the pixel grid with the space in between pixels clearly visible... Ohhh well... Haven't tried the remote yet.

Updated review
The best headset is very uncomfortable on your nose and gives me a headache. My kids didn’t think it was comfortable at all either. The picture is good. The remote doesn’t work. Contacted the seller (or maybe amazon support?) and they couldn’t help me with why the remote wouldn’t work. It would connect via Bluetooth but it just didn’t control anything on the game. You can’t do anything on this headset that’s interactive, but it works for watching the VR theater apps.Update: seller is attempting to fix the fitting for the nose to make it more comfortable, also replaced product with a working remote, however the remote does not work on any games we have found yet

Anti-blue coatings rub right off, causing blurred images
Disappointed. The anti-blue coating rubs right off, see the pictures. Make sure to get the fit just right otherwise that r ubber gasket that goes around your nose will cause a lot of fogging.Don't get me wrong these are great basic VR goggles / headset with the adjustable straps and wide accommodation of devices. The real problem are the extras that come with this device which is kind of what you're paying more for I guess? They have to be because you can buy perfectly capable VR headsets like this that don't have any kind of hyped up into glare or extra remotes that don't really work that well. They started out great everything was wonderful to fit the picture quality even with classes on and then if you get a little smudge on the inside lenses and have to clean them beware because you're going to start getting blurred images. I suppose if you just rub all that splotchy anti-blue in c coating off the image will improve but that's part of the premium price you're paying for is that coating!
