Parameter: Size: 300mm x 300mm (11.8" x 11.8") Thickness: 0.3mm Colour: amber Material: PEI Adhesive material: 3M 468MP Installation: Cut the PEI sheet to size by scoring with a hobby knife(This PEI hot bed sticker measures 300mm x 300mm). Remove the protective film from the PEI sheet. Apply the PEI with slight pressure and at an angle to prevent and minimize air bubbles.Once applied set the print bed to 60C and apply pressure evenly across the PEI in a sweeping fashion to firmly set the adhesive. Please use a towel to avoid getting burned. Level the bed and set the height of the nozzle before printing and you are ready to go! Instructions for use: Heat the bed to the desired temperatures for printing (60 C for PLA and 100 C for ABS). Depending on how thick your bed sandwich is, your set temperature may not be your surface PEI temperature. When the print is completed, let the bed cool, and the part will be easy to release from the PEI surface. Parts are actually easier to remove if released before the bed becomes completely cold. Leveling the bed is very, very important when using PEI. You want the first layer to be close enough to be squished a little. PETG is an exception and doesn't like squished layers, in which case a Z gap should be used. Maintenance method: Clean in between prints with isopropyl alcohol and a lint free rag. Acetone can be used instead of isopropyl alcohol, but the bed must be cold if acetone is used. Optionally, light sanding with 600-1000 grit sand paper can be done after lots of printing to give the PEI sheet more life. Packing list: 1pcs x PEI Sheet Hot Bed Sticker (300mm x 300mm )

BE CAREFUL WHEN INSTALLING
I had to buy two of these. The glue on the back is remarkably strong and heat resistant. If you're not careful getting all the bubbles out while you're installing the sheet you're definitely not getting them out later. That said this stuff works great, I stuck it to a piece of borosilicate so when I print PLA I can flip it to the PLA side and when I print nylon or PETG I flip it to the glass side. The glue doesn't run even at high temperatures and the sheet hasn't shifted at all. Good buy, would highly recommend.

Most important upgrade/accessory for your 3d printer
Installed fine and flat. Went to print and a top layer started to melt.It was the protective layer on top I didn't know about lol. After removing that, setting my new z height, the print seem to stick really really well.spoke to soon. After about 8 layers it's warping!!Just have to raise temp to see but not as good as I was expecting.Using on pla so. Haven't tried petg as I had trouble getting that to stick on other surfaces. Will try petg next as I've heard it stick just as well

Not fit for purpose
Bought this to improve adhesion on our Creality CR-20. After applying the PEI sheet to the build surface and making sure the protective film was removed, we could no longer get any adhesion what so ever on the build surface. All prints failed. We tried cleaning the surface with the recommended cleaners, increasing the temperature all to no avail. The product does not work and is not fit for purpose. Avoid!

Works well with ABS
After some trimming I have this stuck to a glass plate on my (enclosed) Ender 3 printing ABS. So far so good with 8 prints down (wiped with IPA after each print). In fact it can be quite tricky removing the prints when finished as the bed adhesion is so good. Slight warpage on first test print (I had the part cooling fan on for a part where it was not needed) but afterward no issues (especially with a brim!).I have yet to try with PLA / PETG but looking good so far.Update, still going strong and works well with PLA too. Have over 40 prints with this so far and all good - as long as you go slow on the first layer...

Started to make bubbles underneath
The adhesion is great. I print abs, printed pc filament aswell. The bad thing is that it started to make bubbles underneath after few prints at 100degrees. Is still working but I do not know how much will last. Probably a thicker sheet will do better

Good surface
I have had no problems with this sheet. I am only printing PLA at the moment although I have some pet to try. As long as the first layer is good I have printed files for 24 hours with out the model lifting. Just need to apply suitable pressure when removing from sheet.

great filiment adhesion
this product works like a charm, adhesion is very good to surface with abs, not tried pla, clean with either isopropl or acetone and back to lookin new.

Not very good.
The filament would not stick to the surface after the first print, so have given up with it and still using glass and pva glue that is 100% better.

IPA is needed to clean between prints
After a few prints I lost adhesion. Cleanning the sheet with IPA fixed the problem and adhesion is fantastic

Thin and difficult to apply
Lasted about a month, very thin. Not a permanent solution to put on an leave. Difficult to apply without getting air trapped underneath.

Perfect
Easy to cut to size. I'm able to get 2 sheets from from sheet for my Flashforge creator pro. Very happy with the purchase and it is working well

Don’t waste your money
Lasted only about five prints then would not stick any more even after cleaning with IPA.

Do Not Buy
Nothing would stick to this sheet no matter what bed heat settings were set. Biggest waste of money! Avoid!
