Tai-Chi Ch'uan

I am 57 and learned Tai Chi in San Francisco in the 1970's. My teacher had a book similar to this, with the same pics but in Chinese. I absolutely love the pics in this book. They are amazing with the best form I have ever seen. Chen gets into a number of interesting areas that are insightful and thought-provoking. I have been privileged to lead a Tai Chi class year-round three times a week in Oregon for the last 11 years and I have about two-dozen books I pass around the class but Chen's book is the best.
