Beautifully illustrated book from the French publishing company Histories and Collections. Really nice historical information on about 6 different German ww2 fighters. I was hoping there might be info on the HO-229, but that's probably in their volume just about jets.Gorgeous side profiles with multiple versions and camo's of said German fighters. Really cool Insignias and as well.If you're a fan of German ww2 aircraft these 2 books are must haves--no question.. I wish I would have bought these a lot longer time ago.

A must have for anyone who models these aircraft....and their aircraft history too is concise, accurate and well expanded in places. Now can create on models some of the very unique displays of color on actual aircraft.

As I stated about Vol 1, if you are a modeler these two volumes are well worth the money. Details and color plates are fantastic. I hope they carry on this series with other aircraft and nations.

Excellent for the modeler. Full of color profiles of German fighters. Very inspirational for my next modeling project.

Wie Band I ein hervorragendes Buch mit vielen gestochen scharfen Originalaufnahmen (auch Farbe) und Detailzeichnungen (Rißzeichnungen)-bester Farbdruck. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Für diejenigen die sich an den zahlreichen und gestochen scharfen Farbprofilen erfreuen möchten ist dieses Buch zu empfehlen. Allerdings sind diese immer nur von der Linken Seite dargestellt - Details auf den Tragflächen oder evtl. Unterschiede auf der rechten Seite der einzelnen Profile gehen somit komplett verloren aber es gibt meistens am Ende des jeweiligen Typs noch eine Ansicht der Standardbemalung der Oberseite.Das was mich am meisten Stört ist die Tatsache, dass beim Korrekturlesen wohl gespart wurde. So werden nach dem Kapitel der Me410 die Unterschiede der einzelnen Bf110 Varianten dargestellt obwohl diese im vorigen Kapitel bereits besprochen wurde - die Unterschiede der Me410 fehlen dann hingegen komplett...Dann konnte sich der Autor nicht entscheiden ob es jetzt eine Heinkel oder eine Messerschmitt ist und so findet man mal eine He-162 oder eine Me-162 (nicht zu verwechseln mit der Me-163 oder Me-262).Alles in allem ist das Buch eine tolle Idee und auch ganz gut umgesetzt aber meiner Meinung nach für jemanden der gerne mal genauer hinsieht nicht unbedingt die erste Wahl. Ich persönlich werde es wahrscheinlich abgeben.
