Dramatic, darker than photo
This sink arrived in a timely manner for starters, and packed well. The color is deeper than the photo, nearly black, or blue-black, so it doesn't glow as shown in the second photo. In case you're wondering, my monitor is color corrected for the work I do, so it is accurate. This vessel sink is high quality. Thick, heavy weight 19mm glass, versus 16mm or the common 12.7mm [1/2"]. Impressive sink. And we actually came to quickly appreciate the darker color as it is more dramatic than the cobalt blue pictured. It changed the tile choice to something that was more dramatic too, so all is well. Looks great with the satin nickel faucet. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the color difference.

Gorgeous but difficult to keep looking clean
This cobalt blue Decolav sink gleans with a high gloss and is very attractive when kept sparkling clean. But because this glass sink is dark and solid colored, it shows every bit of soap, shaving cream, toothpaste, and water spot residue that drips off the faucet unless you are careful to wipe it clean after each use. It also easily shows scratches so you have to be careful to not use abrasive cleaners or rest metal objects in it. We put a pair of these into one bathroom and a pair of lighter and mottled colored glass vessel sinks in another bathroom. As pretty as these are, because of the cleaning issue, I would choose the lighter-colored glass vessel sinks for both bathrooms if I had it to do over again.

Color is better than the picture
Bought it for my daughter's bathroom. This is a 5 star item. Color is better than the picture. I absolutely love it.

Very sturdy and beautiful bowl.
This bowl is very sturdy and well made. It has a neat look since it is glass with the metallic orange painted on the bottom, and water looks like it is floating since there is an inch between the glass and paint.

Solid glass. Easier to clean that porcelain. More durable that porcelain. Only drawback is it puts more stress on the plumbing connection point. In other words if someone leans on the edge with their full body weight you can get leaks. It is more wobbly than a sink resting on its edge. I prefer imbedded sinks but I also prefer glass to porcelain.A note on installation: because the sink is not imbedded, and is raised, your counter height needs to be lower than normal.Hope that helps

This vessel was thick and had a nice finish on the edge. I was very pleased with the purple color being deep and consistent throughout the entire bowl. Overall this was exactly what I was looking for, very pleased!
