It took me a bit to learn how to sleep on these pillows comfortably but now I am very glad I bought them. 😴 They really stay cool in the hot summer temps. They are thick and don't completely sink in so I've learned it's better for my neck to sleep on them at a diagonal. I would buy again

I had bought exact same pillow on another site. Their price was too high to buy there. Looked on Amazon. All descriptions were the same as other site. My old pillow is very firm which I love for my neck and back. This one is softer. I am hoping after the 48 hours it will firm up. How can the title description be same but pillow is not? Hoping it works. Looked and there is not a firm option on either site.

If you like hard pillows, this one is for you! I use a LOT of pillows on my bed so I am actually using this as a back pillow because it is nice and firm and cool.

I had hoped that this pillow would be a lot cooler than it is. it's a nice pillow for the price. it is supportive without being stiff. it just is not at all cooling which is what I was really looking for.

I have tried many memory pillows and this is the BEST! The only thing I wish that it was a deeper indent, otherwise it’s great!

Just as pictured but does come with a cover over the blue. I do feel the gel like it’s right against my face from time to time (but I also have been using a satin pillowcase) but with it is the coolness which wins. This probably wouldn’t be an issue with a different fabric. Very firm and keeps its shape. My neck has gotten used to that support and now demands it which prompted me to buy this one. My last one had finally tuckered out. (Not the same pillow but almost as firm) You can’t fold this pillow or wad it up. Not for a stomach sleeper. I sleep on my side and it’s just what I wanted!

The cooling jel feature of this pillow is very nice. The pillow firmness offers more neck support than another memory foam namebrand I had previously. It took me a bit to get use to but am happy with washable covering, coolness, and quality.

First off it doesn’t look like the pic not that much gel. It doesn’t stay cool long. Maybe 5-10 min if that. I am sending it back. It’s expensive and doesn’t even do it’s job.

I love a firm memory foam pillow, but this one is so hard it hurts to sleep one. For side sleepers, the blue gel feels like you are sleeping on a hardwood floor. I would advise the makers to make it 25% softer including the gel.
