Q: Are the electronics included? (motor, esc, servo, battery, transmitter, receiver, etc.)

The kit is not RTR, but includes a motor and tires/wheels. I used a Spektrum ESC & motor combo with a Spektrum receiver & 2S Lipo. All works very well together.

Q: How fast does this car go (mph)?

Completely depends on your battery and motor type. ‘Standard set up’ probably taking about 20mph. But you can go much bigger with LIPO and brushless motors!
