It works great

It has a little bit of a strong taste so take it with a flavor drink. Overall I love this pills, we has gotten sick and start taking this within a few days (3)you can tell the difference.

I have been using it for almost 2 weeks and don't notice any change (although maybe I shouldn't expect to). I bought these because I already take vitamin D3, and it is one of the few supplements that excludes it. I deducted 2 stars because the capsules taste just awful. Even though they are only in your mouth for a second, its very off-putting. I don't think I will buy these again.

Tart cherry juice helps with health concerns and it is much easier to take a capsule every day to help me.
