Tastes Great
We eat a lot of rice in my house. So much so that I’m tired of it. This is definitely going to make eating rice a little more enjoyable for me. Made a cup as soon as it arrived to try it out and I’ll be ordering some more soon.

Not quite what I had thought it was
If you are looking to make like an Asian style fried rice, you may be disappointed here. I was. I mean, I wasn't expecting a season and go sort of thing w/o some additional help from like soy sauce, but it isn't anything close. However, it does not taste bad. It does have a good flavor, but just not what I expected. I would totally buy it again for a different application. Has sort of a southwest sort of taste, I don't think its cumin, but something.

Easy to make fried rice taste good
This was my first time trying Badia Fried Rice Seasoning. It made my homemade Shrimp Fried Rice taste good. I may have to tweak a bit more but other than that it worked fine. Its cost effect too because I don't have to purchase fried rice seasoning packets everytime I want to make fried rice.Just like all Badia Seasonings I have purchased, it didn’t disappoint me at all. Its just another Badia seasoning added to my spice rack.

So good!!
I read a review that said this made rice taste like fried rice and I have no idea what kind of fried rice they've had because it definitely doesn't make it taste like Chinese fried rice. However, it is so good! I don't even know how to describe the seasoning blend but it is delicious. I used it on chicken fried cauliflower rice and it masks the cauliflower flavor. Don't get me wrong, I like cauliflower, but I find it pretty bland and kind of meh as a replacement for rice. This spice is good enough for me to use it in replacement of soy sauce, though it in no way tastes like soy sauce. I would use this blend in other foods for sure.

Decent flavor, but way too much sodium
Good flavor, but a bit too salty overall. I still prefer onion powder and minced garlic...then a little toasted sesame oil added to last minute of cooking.

Tastes amazing.
We use this every time we cook rice now in the pressure cooker. Spice it up with fresh garlic sometimes.
