I was super impressed with the customer service of Pinnacle Brands. My unit arrived with an apparent manufacturing defect: The hose wouldn't mate correctly to the head unit threads. Customer service had already sent me an email about customer satisfaction, so I just replied to that. They sent a replacement hose with the head unit preattached. And they sent it via 2 or 3 day air. Great service! No hassle, no phone trees, just very helpful people via email.The shower head works well. The temperature is clear and easy to read. As others have noticed, I also found that the pressure was better with this showerhead than the one it replaced.One small design flaw is that the head unit doesn't bend down very much. So when resting in the head unit, the wand directs water across the shower rather than down. Maybe there's another angle extension I can add to the shower pipe coming out of the wall.The longevity of the device may be an issue. I see on its Amazon page that the warrantee is only for 6 months.

I have enjoyed using this for about 13 months now. Then the connection between the shower head and the hose snapped right off. It was a cheap plastic connection. Too bad I have to throw this away now. For $50 or so it should have lasted longer.

I've used this for a year now and I love it! You discover things about yourself with this, like now I know at exactly what temperature my bedhead denatures (107*F). Also, the light is very soothing for those of us who like to shower with the lights off.

This shower head is the best!! My 4 daughters can easily turn to their favorite temperature for showers and can bathe themselves with ease now. I wish I'd bought it sooner.

This is a great shower head, but the holding spot is so loose that any water pressure causes it to rotate up the ceiling or fall out compelety.
