Works real well Good in poor signal areas as well.
I use this so my home can send me text messages for certain events. I don't use the data portion of it, simply a tello $5 a month plan to send some text messages. With an additional antenna for mounting outside it has been rock solid. The antenna that came with it was OK as well, but being in my garage, sometimes the messages were delayed due to the radio re-establishing connection.

Worked fine for about 4 months then died.
I've had the device in a sitting location for about 4 months with occasional use powered by a stable power source. Unfortunately it seems to have stopped working suddenly and is no longer shown by dmesg or under /dev/.

Not compatible with Verizon
I was able to connect this to a Raspberry Pi 4 but I was unable to get this module connected to Verizon.

Works with Arduino UNO
I was able to connect it to Arduino UNO and react to receiving calls. Note that Arduino needs a special library and connection has to be done with a couple of jumper wires.
