Feet feel pampered. They look great too

I was shopping for warm, comfortable, winter socks, but thin enough to wear with dress shoes. These check all those boxes, but the fit is a bit small for me. I wear a size 11 men’s shoe, and these are shorter than standard crew length socks. If I were a size 8 or 9, they’d fit better. If I were a size 12 they’d be too small, and I would have returned them. If these were $20 a pair I would have deducted a star for the sizing info provided in the listing, but because of the value represented, I gave them a five. They have been machine washed several times in cold water, normal cycle and machine dried on low temp. No shrinkage, and they still look and feel great.P.S. Dear seller, if you’ll please make these 2 inches longer I’ll be glad to pay a buck or two more per pair.

A little thinner and cheaper than others I've gotten in the past. Have a more synthetic feel. The cuff on one or two has already started to fray. Still, very warm and comfortable and thin enough to wear with regular shoes.

This is our second order of Men's Thermal Nordic socks. My husband has been wearing the first set for about a year and loves them. Winter and summer they are his most comfortable sock and the first ones out of his drawer, so we decided to fill his drawer with just these socks. Gotta love a good sock! Highly recommend.

These are just as they were advertised. They are thick, but not too much so you don't need boots or other kinds of special shoes. The patterns are fun but not wild or over the top. Nice for any man.

After wearing these socks for the last year about every other day, I am in agreement with what a lot of these reviews say: these socks are too tight. Also, I am a woman with small feet and ankles and these socks still cut off circulation to my feet, make indentations around my ankles where the elastic band is, and leave my feet feeling colder than usual (this cannot be healthy, right?) after wearing them for 8 hours. That said, the socks are very attractive and matched the shades of gray I needed. These socks probably shouldn't be worn for more than 4 hours a day, so there is still some utility.

Excellent knock off of solmate socks. Wash well, comfortable and feel great. Highly recommend. Not exact, but close for the bargain shopper.

Imagine that you need a pair of socks, and for some reason such a concept is not sold in any stores. If you want socks, you need to make them.The only thing available to you is an ancient book on sock making written in Latin. You hire someone on Fiverr to translate it for you, but since you were only willing to pay $1.50, the translation you get back is in Chinese, and the translator's only familiarity with Latin is whatever passes for Latin in fantasy magic spells.Not to be deterred, you try again, spend a little more money, and you get back a translation finally into English. The only problem is, the Chinese translation you were given was Mandarin, the translator was only familiar with Cantonese. Still, you aren't willing to spend any more on translators, so this almost incomprehensible English translation is what you're going with.Now you're ready to begin. But I forgot, you're blind, have no fingers, have never attempted to make any sort of clothing, and the only person available to read the translation aloud to you is your neighbor, for whom English is their not very well known second language.Your end product is still almost guaranteed to be miles better than what I received.Do I exaggerate? Only slightly.First of all, these socks have absolutely ZERO give or stretch. I'm a size 10.5. These are supposed to fit up to size 12. I was only able to successfully put on 4 of the pair. The 5th I tried actually ripped out in the heel (which I'll get to in a second) while trying to put it on thanks to the lack of stretch. I'm not going to bother trying the 6th pair.Now about that heel. They claim these socks have a "wear resistant heel." I'm not sure how they define "wear resistant," but for my money, that concept does not mean "the thinnest material in the sock." When I put these on, I can literally feel how much thinner the material of the heel is compared to the rest of the sock -- as evidenced that this was the first point of failure in one of the pair when trying to put these on.And as for their claims of warmth? I have dress socks that are warmer than these. They might be suitable for cold weather if you could somehow manage to double them up on your feet (good luck).I can see now what these are so heavily discounted on Amazon. For the price, I would have been better off receiving an equivalent pile of wool yarn.
