The best gluten free flour I have used.
I use this flour using normal recipes making gluten and dairy free bakes. Everybody who tastes my cakes say they don’t notice any difference, they are very light and tasty. I do add some guar gum to the flour.

The best I could find
I have tried every brand of gluten free self-raising flour and this is by far the best. I don't need special recipes, just bake my old favourites with this flour. There's no need to add baking powder or xantham gum - it's ready to go into any recipe that asks for sr flour. Family and friends haven't noticed any difference in the taste or quality of my baking since I started using this. The tub is large and sturdy and makes a good container for a multitude of other things. I recommend it often on the Facebook Gluten Free page when newly diagnosed coeliacs ask for advice.

This is the best gluten free self raising flour I’ve ever used. So much better than supermarket brands. Cakes are so light.

I really don't understand the hype
I purchased this flour in the hope that it would keep costs down regards to home baking. How wrong was I ...There's an aftertaste of bicarbonate soda.Everything crumbles and is extremely dry.I've used many brands of Gluten Free flours, of which are way better and way cheaper than this brand.Sorry but I will not be buying anymore of this Flour in the future. It's definitely not to everyone's pallet.

Expensive compared to others but great flour
Pretty expensive for GF flour BUT for the unrisen rubbish cakes I have had with GF flour in the past this flour is worth it. You can usually tell GF flour as it has a different taste imo and can dry out so doesn’t keep. I tried this flour out on several people and they couldn’t tell the difference, great rise on a Vic Sponge and is still stable and moist several days later. I will definitely buy again.
