This product does the job! Also, it was very easy to assemble, sturdy and fits well in small places. I have a small gym in my garage and do not have a lot of room, this fit perfectly. The only problems I had were, it was a slightly different machine than i ordered. The original sissy squat machine i ordered did not have bands for your arms and the one I received did. The color was different, i ordered red and i was sent black(which I preferred so thank you). This sissy squat machine is a good buy!!! Definitely worth the money!!

Nice piece of equipment to get that extra bit of leg day pain when working out from home. It might be common for a lot of us to have a squat rack (or stands) at home, but not so common to have machines like a leg press, or extension. This sissy squat is the next best addition you can get for the money. It’s even kind of a plus that it has grips on it for getting extra deep on pushups, and it will hold your ankles if you need the assistance for doing sit-ups.

Very user-friendly and easy to assemble!

I bought this to for my gym home. Just for me to use it two times before it wouldn’t screw tight anymore. The package arrived at the wrong address, name wasn’t even right so I had the hastle to prove the package was mine. Although it was easy to assemble, it didn’t work for what it was for. I made a return, on March 20th. Today is April 1st and have yet to receive my refund, a message or something. Don’t waste your time buying because you will most likely not get your money back.
