Q: Is this dry fit material?

This shirt looks as pictured and slightly loose my husband wears and x-large the material is cotton as stated, fits well.

Q: Is the flag on the arm backwards?

The flag appears on the right sleeve with the canton (the stars) toward the front, and the field of stripes toward the back.

Q: I have a 37" sleeve. normally x - large fits the body but sleeves are slightly short. what is the sleeve length on the xl

I'm not sure of the sleeve length. However, my large has fairly long sleeves, a little longer than usual.
