Very quick shipping - Arrived next day and quality looks nice. It comes with a straw cleaner, straw, sponge. My only concern is that I bought this as a gift for my clinical instructor and the shipping label was placed on the actual packaging so now it doesn't look as nice with pieces of the label and residue on it.
