Skulls in windows tho it would have been cute if they had a 3d skull in the window. At first I thought the building was warped but then realized it was on purpose so love that quirk.

I have been collecting Dept. 56 since the mid 1980's. Have 8 different "Villages". I love them all. Each has fantastic pieces and average pieces. My favorite is Holy Land. Halloween is second. Harry Potter is quickly moving up the list. I think in 3-5 years this will be on the top of my list. If Dept. 56 maintains its quality and releases more accessories, HP will be simply amazing. There is so much content available for them to continue to create pieces for years to come. One thing I noticed with the pieces is they are light. Not sure if they are a composite, resin material. They feel different for the traditional Dept. 56 houses from other collections.
