A good light.
Easy to put on. Easy to turn on and off. Illuminates well. So far a good value and functions well. If this changes I will update the review. If You have weak hands or mobility issues, As someone to snap it on for you.

Great cane light
The light is very bright and clips easily and securely to my father's cane. It makes a huge difference when walking in the dark, especially when it rains. Great product.

Great with one needed improvement
Works as described. Light is adequately bright. The on/off button needs more resistance. When I have stowed my cane in the car, I return to find the light on. But this product is quite useful.

Update-still struggling. Original—Burns out batteries, runs warm to hot. Batteries hard to replace
Update, Jan 2025 — tried again after same thing by Strongarm had the same problems (and the mini maglite meant we couldnt use hands for other important things). This time, after a few days of frequent indoor use as a wheelchair headlight and flashlight, it runs without overheating. But we dropped it one foot onto indoor linoleum, and it started dimming down and turning off on its own. And we have trouble changing the battery even with small fingers. The parts are very small, tight, hard to see, easy to lose, the lens and tiny rubber cap are hard to handle, it is hard to tell which end is the bulb and which is the switch and same with case tip and back, and you have to press on the lens and tiny electrical board to insert the battery and reinstall everything. Battery only runs about 5 hours, so we have this struggle every other day. Light is bright but glare is hard on cataracts and migraines. Clip is firm but a bit hard to install and remove (esp many times a day), but that also means that it holds tight to the frame. Even though the clip and headlight itself are a blessing, the short battery life, the struggle and need to replace the battery several times a week, and how delicate it is, all mean that we will retry a maglite. Original (one star, unsafe), 2024 — The batteries are VERY hard to replace because the light is built tight, and you have to peel the lens back and push really hard in a tiny space to move them at all. We found replacing them almost impossible on days of normal hand use, so we think anyone with hand problems, or even biggish fingers, might not be able to use this light. We expected to use less than one battery a week, but are on our third in less than a week. It is VERY bright, and it runs warm to hot in temps around 60 degrees, and that might be because it is eating up the batteries. So we think it is defective and we returned it for a refund. We are trying a mini maglite instead.

The light works well on my canes.
This light covers a lot of area. I bought a few to put on my canes. I like that it uses an AA battery and it lasts a long time. I recently changed the battery on one of my canes and it was difficult at first until I figured it out. I really like this product.

Not worth the $$
Light does not stay on not matter what I do to try. One of the arms broke off due to cheap materials used.
