We had the Donjoy ice machine for my husband’s first knee surgery two years ago & lent it to a friend. We never checked the box when got it back, just assumed all was ok. It wasn’t, apparently a dog had chewed on the pad part! When we plugged it in when when husband got home from the hospital, it leaked like a sprinkler! Thank heavens for Amazon and this replacement pad! Fits perfectly!!

First, it's too big and bulky to comfortably wrap around my foot. Doesn't fit nor touch the skin.Second, it doesn't get cold at all. It's actually hot because it's plastic.The good news is, it's not leaking based on warnings from other reviews. But many said it leaked after a few uses. I'm not waiting to find out.I'm going to try to return.Don't recommend.

This fit seamlessly into my 2 prong Breg machine. It gets really cold and holds the cold insulated in the boot for HOURS! It’s a very good value and as nice or better than the one from the medical supply store that costs $70.

The shoulder pad itself is 100% effective. The elastic velcro crap they attach to it is so small, I had to cut it off and use other longer straps to get around my upper arm and my body. I'm 6'1" 46 regular.

My girlfriend blew out her shoulder with a multi-tear rotater cuff injury. Had the surgery to correct it and I bought this appliance to use with an ice machine I borrowed from a friend for her recovery. This appliance is absolutely incredible. You can adjust it multiple ways, with velcro straps and a shape/design that lets you mold it to any body part you need to, and it stays in that position FOR MONTHS. Not just that, but the connectors are rock-solid and DO NOT LEAK OR DRIP ONE BIT. And let me tell you, my girl beat the hell out of it, tossing and turning and folding it this way and that over MONTHS of recovery, sleeping with it on, waking up with it mashed up underneath her because of her tossing and turning, and never once did it leak. This thing is tough as hell. And it transmits the cold almost instantly. SOOO much better than ice-packs. Can't thank you guys enough for making such a durable, functional, INEXPENSIVE top quality product. My girl thanks you too. Your appliance provided TONS of badly needed relief. Absolute 5-Star across the board. I really mean that. This thing was a life saver

See follow-up below.I seriously injured my hamstring and needed to apply cold therapy several times a day. I have had this wrap and have used it with my aqua relief system. I works great, I get pain relief while using this system with the large wrap. I also did a heat treatment for a day and it worked great. The only negative I have experienced is on day 6 and probably my last cold treatment for the day shortly after I started the cold treatment one of the fitting ends blew off pumping ice cold all over my groin area, couch, flour, table and in my rush to shut off the machine it got my wife in a chair about 8 feet away. This sudden required movement to stop the flow did not do my leg any good. There are not any clamps or tightening ferrule fittings. It is a nipple with ridges and only hold power is by the bite of the edges of the ridge rings. I pushed it back together and have cautiously used it 3 times. If it blows apart again I will have to apply some form of clamp to the tubing. I do hope this issue does not persist.Follow up use after pushing back together, it now leaks where the tubing attaches to the fitting and I have to use a towel wrapped around the fitting!!

this product only lasted 15 days until started to leak thats not very economical for this kind of product
