didn't even turn on because I knew this thing was too big. If I was lost on a desert Island this would be the phone to save my life, but I sleep next to a power outlet and have no need for a device that doubles up as an arch reactor. The thing weighs the equivalent of my left foot and is the size of my face. I've used the oukitel wp5 and the size of that is my limit. The software oukitel uses is pretty solid and I trust the brand. Disappointed at this model not being a C port charger though. come on bro

My wife can destroy a phone by just looking at it, which is why they rarely reach there first birthday. the record for destruction is 2 weeks so sim only deals for the last 5 years. I must say I have high hopes this will make its first birthday and beyond as no damage so far (dropped several times over two months) it feels like its built to last.Set up on a Three (4G) nano sim and also used over WIFI connection at home. its solid and its not small, so if you are looking for a petite rugged phone, this is not for you. Only gripe is the alarm is really hard to turn off with the screen locked you have to put it in snooze mode then unlock and switch the alarm off. Utilises Android 9, to date it works well with my wife's banking app (which if you use a major banking app can be a right pain at times when an update is issued) email and most of the day to day mobile apps you can think of. point to note, my wife is a heavy users and some of her previous phones the battery would struggle to last a day, at present the battery life is exceptional this sometimes goes three days before a recharge and never less than a couple.In summary its better than a lot of rugged phones we have tried over the last 5 years and I would have no issue buying this for my own use.,

Updated review: My headphone jack port stopped working, emailed the company (seller) no response, also who make it, no response? I got in contact with Amazon in the end and sent it back. Shame :(Great things: Pro'sFast as lighting! Great screen! Build is ROCK solid! Battery life seems great to as its massive!Bad things: ConsIts a like brick, if you have small pockets in you pants! (see pictures)Its also so heavy!It only comes with charger.No headphones.No screen protection.No rubber cover.I had to buy all these, after spending well over £200 you think it would come with it.Headphone and charger ports: you are given a silver pin, this opens the headphone and charger port, how long before this goes missing? - then you will struggle to open by hand, also if you want to use your headphones when your out and you don't have the pin? How are you going to open the port? (Pin picture above) ( I would say use Bluetooth headphones with this item)Design problems:Clip for headphone and charger port to keep it waterproof. This sticks out when using the headphone(how longbefore that snaps off? If this brakes item will not be water proof, see picture.Still really like the item, nothing is ever perfect. If you want something superfast and built like a block of flats.. This could be the item you looking for.

The phone as surpassed my expectations, the battery life is incredible,with heavy usage I ran it for the days before I needed to charge it. Really highspecfor the price, I liked it so much I bought a second one my my father in-law and will be getting my kids one each too. Well done Oukitel.

I bought this phone for work due to the prolonged battery life which I must say was very good however, the fact that this was described as "Shockproof" & "Rugged" is complete & utter fabrication of the truth. The very first instance of any impact on the phone caused several cracks in the large screen. Phone fell approximately 18" - 24" so "Rugged" & "Shockproof" are definitely not a true description of the product... I was put in touch with "The Seller" by Amazon Customer Service & "The Seller" advised me to return through Amazon... Amazon have now decided (after 2 long & tedious phone calls & several web chats) that they waill overrule "The Seller" and do completely the opposite by refusing refund or indeed, an exchange which I would have been happy with... Complete con men & cowboys, never again will I shop on Amazon 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Wow... Beast of a phone 😁..Big, not too chunky and given its size actually well proportioned...Metal sides and back more of a olive/grey gun metal colour. - which actually makes this phone look very smart... Pictures don't do it justice... You will be amazed..Set up couldn't have been easier with fully automated wireless transfer of data, apps and settings.... 2 SIM cards and an SD card a big bonus.. now have 256GB ROM total so more than some laptops..Ok says, NFC but actually it doesn't have it... But wasn't really a fan of it anyway. So who cares lol... The phone is great. System operates seamlessly... Can add multiple finger prints so no problem setting up for multiple hand positions..Very sleak, very smart..... Let's see how it performs!!! I charged the battery fully when it arrived... 48 hours ago and still have a predicted 37 hours charge left... Even with video calling..👍👍👍

Easy to set up. The best phone I've had, works fine in all respects.I'm not worried about running out of power any more, I was fed up of always having to think about charging. No problem with this phone.Update:- I've had this phone for a few weeks and can say it's an excellent product. I received the free Bluetooth speaker already so I've nothing to gain from a positive review.

Digitiser (screen glass) cracked within 1 month, GPS was regularly out by about 50m even with changing scanning settings meaning navigation was largely pointless, casing got dented easily. Phone was very heavy and very thick. Not as rugged as it claims to be. Only pro was the battery life. I have a OnePlus 6 as my main phone with a Spigen case which has lasted me 2 1/2 years, so I'm not completely careless with phones.May suffice as a cheap phone for people who are less active than I and forget to charge it but there are other phones out there for a similar price which may be more suitable.
