I bought the phone a few months ago, in March. I am very happy with this refurbished phone. The battery is very good, and everything works as it should.

Phone has original and immaculate screen, unusual in a refurbished phone, but important for authentic sharp colours and text. Light scratches around all the edges but overall in great condition. I needed it quickly and the phone was sent 24 hr special delivery at no extra cost to get it to me. Overall Delighted! Just a little more scratched (light though) than I’d ideally like but rather have that than a non Apple screen replacement that severely impacts visual quality of the phone.

This is my worst experience I have ever had with this service on Amazon!The phone came looking at the picture but few days later something was wrong. The phone stop responding, it became very very slow when you touch the screen and it get freeze and suddenly shut of by itself. When I try to in it back it takes so to on and you have to wait for some minutes for it to respond back. This is very frustrating because it does this always and you never know when the phone is going to off. I contact the service a video to show evidence and they check the phone for me. They said ‘the was a problem with the software’ my phone was send back to me and sorted out, that was what I thought. Few days later the phone started again freeze, very slow and very low responding. I am very disappointed this not fair. Unacceptable!

Excellent purchase and would recommend this iPhone to anyone interested in getting one.

So...In the summer of 2020, I know, my contract was up and I went to Carphone Warehouse and was talked into a Samsung S20, non 5G version. So I had it for a few weeks and the battery life was very poor. On top of that the fingerprint sensor just wasn't reliable at all.Decided to trade in and I treated myself to an iPhone 11 Pro Max, and I am very impressed.The screen is lovely. I always ran my Android phones at 1080 as I didn't see the difference when it was up to QHD and I never saw a benefit to 120hz either, so I am very happy with the panel on the iPhone.I think the camera is slightly a step back over the Pixel I use to have, but I cannot complain when it comes to video. It's just phenomenal.The phone itself runs smoothly and quickly and I haven't had any crashes or hang ups to worry me.I can easily get 2 days of battery life which I couldn't do on Android.Okay so Face recognition with a face mask doesn't work, but it's not the end of the world.Only thing that really bugs me is the Bluetooth. It defaults back to the phone sometimes when a call comes in and I have a Bluetooth headset on which never happened on Android. Aside from that I love this phone and I am very happy.

Very impressed, the phone was A-grade as described. The face recognition works very well, the phone condtion was new and screen was clean, battery health at 93%. Very happy withy purchase and will buy from seller again. Thank you 🙏🏿

it is scratched on all sides around and I had to wait 4 hours to be fully charged. the arrow point does not work sometimes I have to press it 3-4 times to work.the battery drops quickly
