I have a Dahon folding bike and do not like to have a fender permanently install. I order this fender because of the quick release function so I can only put it on when wet road condition. The quick release are plastic so not sure how well it hold up. Also, the rear bolt is too short. Now I have to find a longer bolt to install the rear fender. I would have return it but this is the only one I can find on Amazon that has the quick release function.

Cute mudguard. Easy to install. Love the slim look and the convenience of being able to remove them easily with the lever.Unfortunately the frame for my rear tire could not support the rear mudguard so had to return! Good product though.

The fenders themselves felt sturdy and would be trustworthy in handling mud splashes on a BMX bike based on their density and weight. Unfortunately, this won't work on a Zizzo camp on it's own because it doesn't have a screw eyelet for the rear stay. But, at half the price of most rain fenders on the market which are for rain and are plastic, these heavy duty mud protectors seem very well priced for the fenders themselves. The quick release attachment latch however, felt somewhat flimsy at first sight. But, after beginning to assemble the pieces and feeling how they locked into place, I would say that if left untouched, they should be able to remain attached without much issue whereas excessive use of the quick release felt like it would take or give eventually. However, since Polypropylene was used which is meant to be flexible then maybe the feeling of it feeling cheap is not necessarily the case. Especially since the listing claims the quick release is included so that "you can take both front and rear fender out within seconds. It is also easy to take out and clean the guard after rainy day or if something stuck between tires," if that's true, the normal wear and tear should not have an effect on them or their ability to perform/remain attached.

Very well made hard plastic fender for small bicycles. Simple to install on bike with hardwares included. I recommend these pair of bike fenders for additional accessories on your bikes.

Very easy to install only a few minutes and the thickness is very good.
