Good protein source. US product, small business, great product. I enjoy the sweet citrus ginger flavor. Very mild. Going to try the Cajun flavor.

The only thing that I disliked is that when it's gone, it's gone. Fish jerky have many different textures, but this one is easy to chew and holds together well within the bag. I searched through many different jerkies, and am satisfied with this cost and quality.

I gave up jerky ,in general ,because it is too salty. I wanted to try fish jerky and it was pretty good, but I won't be getting it again. Low salt diet.Thanks for the ability for getting something different.

The product tastes pretty good and is a good value for fish jerky. However, the quality control is obviously poor - one of the bags I ordered had mold. Thankfully Amazon gave me a refund. As much as I liked the flavor of the non-moldy ones, I can't trust this manufacturer and won't be buying again.

I've tried a lot of fish jerkies and loved them. Thought I'd try another brand and I don't think I'll do these again.4 flavors with 2 different kinds of fish. The spicy one was actually pretty good, everyone in the house was okay with it in small quantities. The others ended up going in the trash because all 4 of us couldn't get past the weird texture and taste.All the flavors were dusty crumbles, some were pretty dang tough, too.

I wasn't sure what to expect because I'd never had fish jerky before. Most of the meat I consume is seafood because I'm trying to be healthier and it's relatively inexpensive as well which is a plus. As such I decided to give this a shot as an alternative snack for my workplace. The cajun stuff is pretty good, mild burn to it, I like spicy food so that's good but if you're very sensitive to heat you may not enjoy it. The other flavors are also pretty good. Overall I will say I prefer fresh fillets and even stuff out of tins but this isn't bad at all.

Product is sustainable but the pieces were not slices but small thick bits and not totally dried. They are wet. I don't mind the fishy smell but they still have a fishy taste. The flavors are okay but they all get overpowered by the fish flavor. It's a high quality product I was hoping for more of a smoked fish flavor.

First of all- I'm not really a fish jerky person. In fact, this is the first I've tried after being recommended it and looking at their Kickstarter page.But I am very much a beef jerky person. So I wasn't super sure what to expect, since fish and beef have very different textures and flavor profiles. Happy to report that this fish jerky had the perfect chew and good flavor! I also liked the Honey Lemon Ginger (though I didn't taste much of the Ginger) better than the Fiery Cajun, though this might be because I don't care much for spicy. I'm also a big fan of the much lower sodium content in this compared to traditional jerky, and felt less guilty going through the whole bag in one sitting.
