I received the study guide about three weeks ago and find the study material absolutely interesting and helpful in organizing and preparing for the exam and practical .I was certified through AFAA years ago and let my certification go due to the start of my Nursing career . I have chosen to pursue my fitness passion again , hence re-certification .

These aren't "secrets" it is a condensed version of everything in the book. I wish I wouldn't have bought this. Our instructor covered absolutely everything we needed to know, and made sure we were prepared for the test. It is a nice book but I wish I hadn't wasted my money.

This is the new “Cleft Notes” for the AFAA exam. The book captures the salient information and paraphrases the material so I am able to retrieve it (finally!)

I was certified for 20+ years and my cert lapsed during Covid. I studied for months for my recertification test, and when I went to take the test with "PSI", AFAA's subpar third-party online proctored testing company, not only did I have problems with their horrible product and their interface for online test taking but then I was degraded and insulted and finally disconnected from taking the test by the proctor assigned me. AAFA then Demanded that I pay $50 because they said I was absent, and would not waive the $50. Worst experience ever, this company is a money grabbing ridiculous farce. It's too bad that we are all beholden to them because they can certify for the fitness industry, what a sham!
