Carefully note the terminal connection order.
It worked great. Be careful identifying the terminals. Left to right: (+Power in) (GND) / (GND) (Frequency in) / (GND) (0-10V out) There is no data sheet included. The terminals are not marked, but the printed circuit card has silk screened markings.
