Great for 36G Medium Support During Workouts
I have owned maybe a dozen of the original Enell sports bras. They were very good when I was training for triathlons - they fit very closely and you don't bounce when you run. Since I've been buying Enell products I've varied between a 34DDD (size 1) and a 36G (size 2). These days I'm at a 36G, and no longer doing high impact sports - I wanted something to suppport "the girls" but that wasn't quite so tight, nor fastened quite so high on the breastbone (so it doesn't hang out of scoop neck sports tees) so I decided to try the Enell LITE. I was worried about sizing and the cup shape based on other reviews. I also own some Moving Comfort Juno racer back sports bras.I've now worn this bra for speed walking, weight training, yoga, and biking, and it's my current favorite. I purchased the Enell LITE in a size 2 after consulting their website as recommended. I'm back to a 36G, so size 2 provides support without the squeeze, and I can comfortably stretch. The front hooks make it easier to get in and out of than, say, the Juno bra. I had purchased a Wacoal sports bra, but it has an underwire - I wear an underwire in my everyday bra, but I sweat a lot when I work out, and the underwire just starts to chafe unbearably - which is another reason I like the Enell bras (no wires). I also like that it's a little lower on the breastbone than the original Enell as it stays covered. I am going to buy another few of these Enell LITE bras, despite the price, because they just work for me. If I were ever to return to high impact sports, I would definitely return to the original Enell.

Horrible seams. Terrible cut. No support. Will be returning ASAP.
I am returning this bra today! I am so devastated.I love my Enell high-impact bra more than I can describe. It has been an incredible solution for my sports bra woes. I am a 36 DD & a runner. While I have contemplated a breast reduction for years, financial realities prevent that from being a reality.I bought this bra hoping that it might be a good every day solution for my needs. I often wear my high-impact Enell bra for daily use. I love how it reduces the size of my bust. I was hoping that this would do the same without feeling so tight and causing pain in my ribs after 10+ hours of wear.As soon as I took this bra out of the envelope I knew I would hate it. The cups are completely triangular! Like Madonna in "Like a Virgin" triangular! Also, the thick seaming runs right through the middle of the cups.I wanted to give Enell the benefit of the doubt and I tried the bra on. I first put on my everyday bra, put on a t-shirt, and took a picture in the mirror. I then put on the Enell medium control bra, put the t-shirt back on, & took a picture. Oh my goodness! The seams stuck out so badly! I would never be able to wear this in public! My breasts were completely triangular, which was my fear. I showed my husband the bra with and without a shirt on. He said that it was the most unflattering bra he had ever seen me wear and said the seams were incredibly visible. He had high hopes for this bra, too as he fears the day I seriously push for the breast reduction. This bra did not offer ANY additional support over my everyday bra. I hopped up and down. I walked up and down the stairs. I did not feel supported in the slightest way. I bounced as much if not more than in my everyday bra. I would never wear this bra for walks or low-impact exercise as Enell advertises.I had such high hopes for this bra. For over seventy dollars this bra is a terrible deal. I would not recommend this bra to anyone.I am glad I left the tags on this bra because I have worn it for about 7 minutes total. I guess I will go back to wearing my Enell high-impact bra for (uncomfortable, but reducing) everyday usage.

Comfortable and supportive!
This is a great everyday bra for those of us with large busts. It’s comfortable and supportive. The wide straps are heaven and are still narrow enough for most tanks and tank dresses I wear.Initially, I thought my 36DD chest would work best in a size 4...it didn’t. Luckily I had an Enell bra in the past and knew from unintentionally shrinking it in the washer and dryer that they will shrink a bit. So the size 4 went in the washer and dryer intentionally this time and they fit better.A size 3 fits best for me. I will be mindful to wash all my Enell bras by hand and drip dry them out of the direct sun.I would suggest being guided by the sizing chart- it’s accurate. I think Enell does a great job designing the bra. It may not be the prettiest strappy sports bra out there, but when you have a large chest, let’s face it - you need to break out the big guns for the big ones! Besides you wouldn’t hang an elephant by a thin piece of thread would you...? I intend to buy a bunch more of the lite support and a few of the higher impact bras. They are pricey, but one every month is not so bad, especially for shoulder pain and neck relief. I don’t have a problem NOT feeling back, shoulder and neck pain until I can get a reduction.

which means I need a good sports bra and have trouble finding ones that fit ...
I am a 34E, which means I need a good sports bra and have trouble finding ones that fit well. I've been a huge fan of the moving comfort Maia for years but decided to try the Enell after hearing good things from friends. It was fun to be a 2 ( near the bottom of the size chart for once). I ordered two bras. One heavy control and one medium control. The medium control is nice for yoga but I find if I wear it for more than a couple hours it becomes less supportive because it feels like the material stretches out.I don't like uni-boob bras, and am sensitive ti feeling the extra heat when there's no space between. I've found that both of the Enell bras do a good job of creating separation while still being front closures.Because they have many hook/eyes at the front they do stay closed well and ear comfortable in the front. These are not cute bras that will look nice peaking out of your tank top, but honestly no bra for big breasted girls is!

Too much bounce
First off, I have one of their high impact bras, and while it failed at the no bounce test, it's a million times better than this bra.Yes, it's comfy, and there is moderate lift, but they claim it's for low impact exercise; try no impact. My underwire t-shirt bras have better bounce control than this one. Maybe it's because I don't fit into their size chart. I had to go with the smaller band, but my cup size is an inch bigger than the size range for the size I got. But you'd think it would hold better, no? There's so much bounce with the bra that I'll only wear it for normal activities, otherwise I'm going to hurt.Generally, except for the lack of bounce control, it is what it claims to be, I just doubt any well endowed woman would ever wear it for any form of exercise, low impact or not. But that's just my opinion.

Great bra- not for daily use in my case
an excellent product, but do not fool yourself like I did- it cannot be worn for everyday use, unless you are an active person (not a desk-jockey like me!). The Bra Hunter says: this is a fine bra, but it remains a sport bra (very much). I still like it very much :-)
