Save your money. This thing has done nothing but give me headaches form the moment I had it installed. Constant leaks and one of the glass panels shattered while my wife was sitting in the unit taking a steam shower. Luckily it stayed together and didn't fall on her. The unit was 1 month later than expected and I was given a free upgrade to the lifetime warranty. Yeah, good luck with that. Not only is the glass not warranted, but the company can't even provide a list of what is covered. It's great in theory, but the reality is it's nothing but a pain. Every time you turn the radio on the volume is all the way to high. There's no dedicated up/down vol buttons so you have to push one button twice to get into the controls and then turn the volume down. Same thing with all of the different jets. You have to repeatedly push the same button to cycle to what you are trying to activate. Oh, another part that failed, the drain line. Should have been an easy fix, but this unit comes from China with all of their plumbing. Nothing in the US matches up and no one from the company would even respond to my requests for a replacement part. I finally pieced together various US parts that mimic what was on the unit. Big pain though! I really wish that I'd put this $4000 towards a nice walk in tiled shower.
