I purchased two bulbs in pots straight after flowering period. They were well packaged and looked good healthy plants. The leaves had been left on the plant in order to die back to a brown colour & for me to cut to pot level afterwards. There were no instructions in the package about how to plant so consulted Monty Donn on the best way forward. We have heavy clay soil here so I decided to plant in a large container with good compost and grit for free drainage. I also purchased some Agapanthus fertilizer at the same time to sprinkle around the top during spring and summer as recommended.So that done I wait with bated breath to see what show they put on in late spring/summer.I have my fingers crossed. Because of this I have given 4 stars out of 5.

I purchased this item last September (agapanthus)at a cost of £9.99 and it hasn't flowered very disappointing plenty of leaves no flowers would not be recommending anyone to purchased it

I ordered 3 plants from Amazon.Unfortunately this one arrived with some breakage which was probably due to the packaging being slightly damagedI left it rather late to point this out as I naively hoped the plant would perk up and have to say I have found it difficult to obtain a resolution being through Amazon .I could not download a photo although it was possible in tbe revew sectionAll I would say after my first time ordering plants is that whilst convenient it maybe risky

Ordered 2 different types.They weren't marked.One looked a very weak plantNo instructions on best time to plant them out.Just hoping that they will grow stronger
