I've tried them and they do work, reduces the bloating and makes ur stomach feel better the only downside is the smell... I found it bad... But they are good.. I recommend this product

These work! They are brilliant. I only take one a day but my health has improved.

No idea if these work because the garlic was so intense that I could not cope with them. I found another product which just has the choline I was looking for. Company replied saying this was normal so if you like garlic then not a problem, they refunded me.
