If you love challenging and don’t take the easy path, you will love working with Kathy. Highly recommended for both reading and coaching. She isn’t overrated by Forbes. In my honest opinion, Forbes hasn’t done her Justice. Kind, strong, compassionate, POWERFUL, loving, SMART, and ADVOCATE are merely a few words to describe who Kathy is and our interactions together ♥️.

Thank you for writing The Most Powerful You!It took me a couple of months to finish it as each chapter required lots of self reflection and internal analysis. I learned 2 things about myself from your book. 1) I needed to forgive myself in order to activate Brave Speak. I didn’t think I deserved a voice. Self forgiveness activated my self awareness allowing me to walk boldly in my strengths, connect with influential people, speak up to power. 2) I need to grieve the losses of what could have been as a result of the traumatic childhood I had. I spent a whole weekend listing all the losses and I grieved Now I’m a little my present, I celebrate wins, and I’m experiencing joy. New experiences for me and I’m loving it!!!!

The book was informative, based on real life stories. Some of the teaching were relatable to me. I definitely would gift this book to an women who is looking for empowerment in her life.
