I got the volt wide , after the first ride my back side was smiling .

After reading millions of reviewes and bypassing the mantra that says "saddles are very personal and bla bla bla" I purchased this expecting they will be comfy from day 1..not so..It is hard as a ROCK and by rear agrees. I am guessing it needs to break in, I hope because it feels I am sitting in a brick.

Comfort personified when I went trail riding with it. Just the right amount of padding, not too soft or firm. WTB is known for their quality and this saddle is indicative of that. Been looking at the Volt for a while and the price was too good to pass up.

Was replacing a Volt Pro that was a few years old that I was moving to another bike... as usual, top notch quality and comfort, WTB make the best mountain bike saddles available.

I knew the seat that came stock on my specialized stumpjumper wasnt great, but I didnt know just how bad it was. This saddle is about half the weight and way more comfortable. I have the cromoly version.

Every person is different in regard to contact points with your ride. However If you have experience with WTB saddles this is not a disappointment.The Volt saddle is light. It's made out of quality and rugged materials. Cushioning is superior.If you have the chance WTB has a fit tool on their website. But I will shamelessly recommend going to your local bike shop to ask about checking out a trail seat for a fit test.But if you are familiar with WTB, Like i said this saddle does not disappoint.

Great saddle for me, but also- slightly grippy surface keeps me from sliding around too much in jeans. Didn’t expect that but think it’s great.

This is my third WTB saddle and second Volt that I have purchased. The first WTB saddle came with my Bianchi Cyclocross bike when I bought it 13 years ago. I bought the first Volt to replace the one for my cyclocross when it finally broke after roughly 9K miles. I somehow managed to toss the broken one before verifying which model it was so I went through WTB's online fit system which narrowed me down to a few options in my size. I tested 3, and while they were all good, for me the Volt simply felt the best so I returned the other two. I just got this 3rd one to replace the saddle that came with my new dual suspension mountain bike. A bike saddle is mostly about the rider and getting the right saddle specifically for them in terms of width, padding, riding style & body type etc.. That said, I have experimented over the years and have spent substantially more money on other saddles that have broken down within the first 2 years and 2 - 3K miles, and have come back to the Volt. Again, especially for the money, I swear by WTB and for me specifically, their Volt Saddle.

Very high quality saddle, as I have come to expect from WTB. This is probably the fourth saddle I have bought from this brand. Excellent quality, very well designed, this is the slightly wide version. I used this on a full suspension XC mountain bike. Highly recommended.

Odered it thinking it was in the medium size, it doesn't state anywhere that this is the narrow seat. You can't pick your sit bone width so i am unhappy with this as a medium would have had a sit bone width of 100-130mm.

I've bought two of these saddles for each of my bikes. A good compromise between performance, comfort, and cost. Make sure you measure your sit bones for proper width.
