Q: What is the hight of the actual chair back

The actual height of the chair back on my actual chair is 75cm from the seat. The chairs are excellent and extremely comfortable.

I am able to rest my head on the back of the chair. It's a very comfortable chair. The back of the chair is 75 cm high at its highest point. It obviously depends on one's height, so a photo of me resting my head is useless to you. It's all relative.

Q: This has arrived without any screws or fixings, has anyone else had this problem?

I bought 2 adirondack chairs both had the same wrong number of fixings, indicating there was a problem with the batch. I got a refund. Later I ordered 2 more adirondack chairs, few missing pieces this time! so we sourced our own z rews as we lovd the chairs. VonHaus really need to sort this with the manufacturers.. made in China!
