KAIWEETS Silicone Multimeter Test Leads. I bought these to replace the test leads on a Uni-T meter, one of which had broken. I like the flexible copper cables that are a huge improvement over the stiff (and turns out fracture-prone) aluminium cables that came with the meter. The probe tips are fine and sharp - the gold plating being an added bonus. They came in a tough reusable plastic bag with tip and plug protectors. The reusable nature of the bag means no waste to throw away and will be jolly useful when transporting the meter and probes in a bag or toolbox. I'd been looking for replacements for a while. I wasn't after a kit of probes and clips and things. I just wanted a nice set of test leads for a sensible price to do electrical and pcb work and these fit the bill just perfect.

Amazing leads, they are a perfect snug fit for all my multimeters. However, the ONLY gripe I have with my set is if you apply even the slightest bit of downward pressure to the tips they dissappear into the plastic and I have to remove the ends and push the brass tube inside back down for the tips to be usable again. Other than that all I can say is they perform as expected, excellent quality, good value for the money. Would definitely buy again but attention to the problem mentioned needs to be addressed.

Useful lead set. Main probes have pop off sleeves that reduce exposed tip to 2mm, making them GS38 compliant.

Good quality but personally I think the actual metal probes are too thin and sharp.

Good kit. Appropriate probes and clamps for testing multi-junction plugs and chasing gremlins. It may not be "bench grade" Fluke, but it does the job on motorcycle and car electricals.

Ottimo prodotto con una resistenza molto bassa circa 0,05ohm . I puntali sembrano solidi e anche il filo sembra essere di buona qualità . Le punte di metallo sono belle rigide anche nel punto più sottile a differenza di altri avuti che erano facili da piegare.

Absolutely stoked with these. The way they connect is decent. It’s all proper connections. Good quality silicone. Nice finish. Great to hold. Love the bit of extra length in the probes, my hands are not dainty and normal probes can be hard to hold. These are easy to hold for tradies.

I compared this Kaiweets test lead to a Pomona Heavy duty purchased last week (6/26) and another pomona purchased mid 90s. The feel is similar to the new pomona but the vintage has more lead flex. The probe itself is harder plastic compared to the new pomona. The Kaiweets flexes more at the lead termination with the probe, which should be more forgiving to tugging. I always go for buy known quality and my old pomona has proven that idea. For my bench work, I still like the certification of the Pomona(esp the old one) but for home /hobby use with budget concern, the Kaiweet is a solid choice.
