Many will look at these clippers and think "They seem great value" then ask "I wonder how they compare in quality to a brand like Wahl". In answer....Yes they are amazing value and they are easily comparable in quality to Wahl and other top brandsSeriously these clippers are awesome. Bomb proof metal construction that both looks and feels incredible, fantastic blades with Wahl dimensions. This means that Wahl replacement blades will fit as will Wahl guards if you want to go longer than the #4 which is the largest guard supplied.What's more, the blades can also be adjusted to a zero gap setting for a super close cut. The motor is strong, quiet and these clippers cut as well as any Wahls I have used on the past.The cherry on top with these great clippers is the LED display. I don't know how they manage to add this for the price point but it is awesome. A 15 minute cut has used about 5% of the battery so I know it is going to last a long time between charges. Regardless of advances in battery technology, overcharging and charging when an appliance doesn't really need it isn't great for the battery long term. The display feature takes all the guesswork out and I cannot understand why the big brands don't do something similar when these come with a display for sub £50.Brilliant buildAwsome displayPremium feelCuts great

Arrived in good time. All accessories present and correct including a small bottle of blade oil. Reassuringly weighty in the hand but not noisy and very easy to use, and they really do look good in a classy chrome casing.Did a full buzzcut grade 4 on top to grade 2 / 1 hairline. Clippers are powerful and did the job easily despite it being 2 months plus since my last haircut.They arrived charged to 100% and the 15 mins it took me to do the cut (as a first timer) left them at 85%. Recharged quickly using the supplied lead with one of the many USB plugs I have dotted around the place.I see others have had varied experiences but I can only give mine. These are excellent clones of the Wahl Super Taper and do the job very well. I've even orderd a colour coded set of #1 to #8 combs so I can get a longer cut now I'm happy these work.Time will tell on the reliability but this is old school tech and solidly built. This machine is so well designed - it's got amazing battery life on a single charge. I have used twice a week to trim my beard and once a month to cut my hair during COVID lockdown and it has not been charged for about 3 months now... and still going strong at 65% charge.Most "branded" machines cost more, are not all metal - for example, Braun had a similar "vintage" machine selling for about £299 in the UK. This Surker Mens Hair Clipper costs about £40, so is a fraction of the cost - but build quality is great.As well as super clear digital battery charge indicator - the unit also has a handy "oil" indicator which pops up every few uses for me to remember to give the cutting head a quick few drops of oil (small bottle of oil lubricator also provided).One slight issue for me was that the unit does not have many attachment combs (it comes with 5, but only smaller ones) - however, I bought an extra set of colour combs for £3 that works perfectly fine to extend the use I get from this cordless trimmer.My dad also uses this for a haircut - he had super thick hair too. It cuts through it all with ease.Would 100% recommend this to anyone!

POSITIVE-Fantastic build quality, nice weight, nice to look at.Comes with a fade/flat blade.Battery life is excellent, my haircuts are 1 hr long and i can get around 5 haircuts before the battery dies. Charges very quickly too.Stays cool, blade or machine do not heat up.Can be zero gapped.Wahl blades and guards fit perfectly.I put a ceramic Wahl magic clip blade on and it performed 100%.NEGATIVE-taper lever has play in it so not the most accurate to work with.Lever is a bit stiff and cannot be loosened even with scew.Machine is a bit loud when operating but nothing major.On/Off switch is a bit stiff.I use it for professional use and its a great all rounder.ive been using for 1 month and not had any issues yet.Check out reviews on you tube before buying.very helpful!

Being in lockdown, my other half's hair was suffering more than mine. I had tried a couple of times to cut it using scissors, but didn't want to go too short in case I made a mess of it and he wasn't happy as it was longer than he liked.....I had looked at lots of trimmers, lots which were out of stock :(, but things were getting desperate.....This product had good reviews and I though I needed to take a risk and order something, I am soooooo glad I did.The clippers arrived a day earlier than the ETA provided. They were already fully charged - bonus! Feels quite 'weighty' so you get the impression they are solidly made.....and an utter joy to use - so quick, so simple, so easy! No 'nicks' on the skin, easy to change the attachments, wish I'd bought this ages ago! One of the best purchases I have ever made....one happy boyfriend and one happy me :) He then went on to do his chest hair - way better than using scissors. It's so good that he's said he won't bother going to the hairdressers anymore - this will pay for itself very quickly!

Absolute trash the colored cutting pieces are so flimsy.Patchy result unusable. The Wahl size pieces fit. So I'll use those. But standard are absolutely not usable

Según llegó se utilizó, perfecto, es cierto que pesa, pero no es problema, silencioso, sin peine y tras un uso medio se calienta y quema el peine metálico un poco, yo estoy muy contento por la compra, me gusta mucho, es retro en el diseño, en cuanto a potencia muy bien, mi pelo tenía una largura media y cortó sin problema con el peine 1, y tengo pelo, muy contento con la compra.-
