Such a rich and smoky flavor from at type of cardamom I didn't even know existed! I bought some to make Swathi's Dal Makhani (black/urad daal). Adds a dramatic savory/smoky flavor to the dish.

Fast ship and arrived within a most reasonable time. I’m new with Cardamom and the different sizes, colors, flavors and countries grown.I’m looking for a specific spice and now find it’s probably not cardamom!A middle eastern man shared a cup of coffee with me. In the bottom of the cup were very small black seeds. His ability to translate what it was failed. But it was delicious and I continue to seek the answer!I purchased green cardamom dried it and it came close. Help me if you can!
