Great product and customer service.
Purchased the artificial rock to cover a grinder pump cover. Reached out to Dekorra via their website to verify which models would cover the pump diameter. Customer support was extremely helpful. They requested pictures and measurements and provided model recommendations. Support was very helpful when I emailed them because I could not find the rock stakes (They were taped inside the rock). The rock is solid and looks real. I highly recommend this product!

Worst customer service
I Purchased, this rock, it looks pretty good, but did not come with any stakes to hold it down I contacted the seller to advise if they could send me the stakes. In this two week period. They have not reached out to me nor did I receive any so personally. Customer service has a lot to do with purchasing products.!!!
