I needed this to travel. It was very convenient but a little hard to use. Combining it with the included aspirator worked better.It was effective in that I was able to keep my sinuses clear while I was away from home.

Got these for a trip - a plane trip and a week in a dry place with no neti pot filled me with dread. Between this and the moisturizing spray, I was fine. It helped to be able to do an actual rinse, even though it was much less volume. Now that I have them, they will be helpful in other situations!

I wish I could find these in the stores. They are great for taking into the bathroom when I'm at work and tilting my head back to let the saline irrigate the back of my nose and throat. An ENT doctor told me to do this with saline, and recite "Coca Cola Coca Cola" for as long as I can stand it, then I lean over the sink and let it all run out and then I blow my nose. At first it's hard not to swallow it, but now I'm a pro and it really unclog the post nasal drip gunking me up. Then I can BREATH free and clear.
