Garden pavilion 3x4 m aluminium polycarbonate roof poles approx. 8 mm pavilion garden tent without side parts

Ordered this in October after reading a lot of gazebo reviews, it arrived 1 day later than expected although i did receive an email from Toolport apologising for the slight delay, it arrived on the 28th Oct and with the help of a friend we managed to get it built on the 29th although the 3 hrs they said it would take to build was about 6 hrs probably could build one a lot quicker now, it is by far the most well packaged item i have ever ordered online and it was brilliantly set out, nuts and bolts clearly marked on a card, instructions easy to follow and it was tested the following day by winds exceeding 50mph ( typical Scottish weather ) a bit more expensive than others on the market but well worth the extra for the looks and build quality, delighted with it and would recommend

Arrived later than expected but only by a few days. Comes in two large boxes, one very heavy. Packaged well to avoid knocks during delivery.All parts present. Make sure you slide the 2 bolts on each roof beam before attaching to circular roof part, instructions do say this but we read it wrong, so had to undo quite a bit of work once we realised. All pre drilled holes match up.Took 2 people 9hrs to build but that included 2hrs break as it started thundering and lightning and back tracking for an hour. So could be done in 6hrs.Did need four people to put roof beams on and once completed, if not put up in final position, four people needed to move the whole thing.Very pleased with final product. Was sceptical to purchase with reading some of the reviews but couldn’t be happier with it. I imagine it’s bad luck if you get a duff item that slipped through quality checks.*Edit to say it has stood up to recent storms Ellen & Francis.

I am really pleased with this gazebo. Positives are that it looks fantastic and I think it will sustain the English climate and at £999 it was £100 cheaper than the house of tents own site, even though it came from there. Negatives are the curtains are made so that you can't have one side closed and the next side tied back but once i got to work with my needle and a bit of extra velcro I quickly overcame that. It also took two of us over ten hours to build (contrary to the instructions which say 2-3) and we missed the bit which tells you to slide the nuts down the bars for the under roof brasing so this caused us a little problem but over all the finished job is very satisfactory.

Gazebo arrived in two packages weighing 70 and 20 kgs. Unfortunately the large package was damaged in transit, nothing broken, just scratches and scrapes on the parts of the main frame and a blemish on one poly carb roof sheet. The customer support was excellent, they offered to replace all the damaged pieces immediately, I sent pictures of the scratches and asked for the appropriate paint to touch up, also a poly carb roof sheet, which arrived within a week. A very good product, which we sit under even when it raining, would have got five stars if not for the damage in transit.

Got this to go over my hot tub, absolutely amazing, really good quality and looks the part, need two people to put it together.Also customer service is really good, any questions emailed via Amazon and normally replied the same day 5*

Build quality is excellent, and goes together snuggly. The roof is very tricky to get right but with a couple of extra hands it can be done. The frame does need to be square before starting the roof, otherwise it won't line up, which to me is an indication of the quality and precision of the set up. We had one piece that was incorrect in the kit but I contacted the seller and they sent me a replacement. So far no major issues with weather in the 3 weeks it's been built, the curtains do keep disconnecting at the velcro tie backs, so as you can see I've had to improvise as per the photo. Also we normally only have 2 of the sides open but there's no way of holding the curtains back to stop them flapping around in the wind if one half of the curtain is open. Over all a very good product with good customer service.

Arrivato un po' in ritardo rispetto alla data prevista ma il prodotto è molto valido, ben rifinito e solido. Il montaggio richiede 2 persone ma comunque le istruzioni sono chiare e passo x passo accompagnano in ogni momento. Comode anche le predisposizioni x alloggiare i lampadari e i teli laterali sono spesso e impermeabili. Soddisfatti
