I received the item and used it right away. After the 15 min set by default of using (you can't set for less),I started feeling extremely sick, flushing and burning sensation in my scalp,pain on the sides of the head and a very nauseating feeling that resembles metals. I did not sleep all night due to the severeness of the pain on my neck and around 4:00am couldn't take any longer and rushed to the ER. I suffer from a chronic pain condition and the machine turned out to be harmful as the doctor told me to not use it again as the shocks are very hard for the nerves and vein. What a disappointment!

I suffered with a lot of headaches due to tenderness in my neck until I discovered this massager. It's amazing. To the point where I no longer have any pain in my neck at all. I use it just once a week for 15 mins and it works very effectively. Great product! 👍

I have neck pain had for years and the head and the small electric shocks are fine , it does say to keep metal pads moist! I rub a very small amount of oil on mine when using it ! The heat is great for my neck 😊

It definitely helps my neck but I think the instructions could be a bit easier to understand,Very good value!!!

Not a very good item. You have to hold it in place to be able to feel it and it feels like you are getting electric shocks. It also stimulates the nerves in your neck which make you head/neck twitch and go to one side. Really uncomfortable to use. Sent it back.
