So nice bought it twice!
Originally I bought the 55" back in April 2020. I'm usually a Vizio person when it comes to tvs but I just happened to be at Walmart and they had a 55" Samsung 6 series on sale. I bought it and the pic quality was awesome the speakers were awesome, but I noticed that when when people talked they sounded a little muffled. Although I did the research on it initially and there were more good reviews than bad, this was one of the complaints and I just happened to get a bad one. Took it back to walmart and got my money back then went to Best Buy. The guy suggested that I get a Samsung 7 series because it had really good reviews. I looked at the reviews and I they were mostly positive. Instead of bringing me a 7 he gave me a 8 series for the same price because he did not have the 7 series in stock. Needless to say I would not be on this page giving a review if I would have kept that TV. Finally getting to the point. I took that TV back after doing the research and seeing that the vast majority of the reviews for this TV were excellent. I bought the 55" version from Best Buy and I fell in love with it. Especially the magic remote! The picture was gorgeous and clear and the speakers were pretty good even though a sound bar compliments it. The variety of apps and LG Channels are nice! I also love looking on the web with this TV and the way the remote acts like a mouse. The only thing I was never happy with was the size because it was not a major upgrade from a 48" TV. I did not go bigger initially because I did not want to have to buy a new TV stand. Finally I had enough and listed it for sale on various platforms. It was originally $400 when I bought it last year but I noticed that it was being listed on LG's website and other websites for the mid $400 to upper $400. I listed it for a fair price since it was in excellent condition and was still sort of new and used money to go towards getting the 65" from Amazon. The only reason I bought the same exact TV instead of getting a lower priced LG 65 inch is because I don't think I could be without the magic remote after being so used to it. It's so convenient!Anyway I received it pretty fast. I set my delivery time for the first time in the morning 6a -9a. It was delivered at 7:10 while I was driving home from work. The driver was really nice. He called me to make sure someone would be home and my son said they were really nice. The first thing I did was looked at the outside of the box to make sure it didn't have any damage and the box was flawless. My son and I took it out the box and the TV was also flawless. Not one scratch! It could be because I was one of the first deliveries of the morning and it wasn't riding in the truck all day and being shuffled around. Since I had the 55" first I already knew how to set it up. Even for those that are new to using it the set up of your different streaming accounts is so easy. Now for some reason in my opinion, it seems that the pic on the 55" had a better picture. Even with adjusting the settings I can't get it to compare. Don't get me wrong, it's still a nice picture especially for those who have nothing to compare it to. Overall I'm still happy with this tv and would still recommend it.

Great Monitor, Great Price
Simply an amazing monitor. I can never go back to a standard widescreen monitor.I have had this monitor now for 149 days now.Looks-Has a very nice anti-glare coating on the screen to help prevent glaring. Has a piano black glossy finish everywhere, which means it leaves fingerprints everywhere on it. I would have definitely preferred a matte finish for this.Quality-Has a very nice and elegant base that is very sturdy. Whenever you shake our desk, the monitor isn't going to be moving too much. It feels like it can hold that monitor well. Everything, in general, feels sturdy and secure.Screen Size-I purchased this in the 25-inch version, and I think it looks fairly good. Although I don't like how it feels like the top got cut off. I definitely like the screen aspect ratio though. As an ultrawide monitor at 21:9 aspect ratio and 2560-1080 pixels, things look amazing, epically movies. When watching movies, the movie feels up the whole screen and gives you that true cinema movie experience. For YouTube videos that are 21:9, get the "Ultrawide Video" plugin for chrome so that the videos will feel up the whole screen.Gaming potential-I use this monitor for all my games and it works great. Most games these days already support 21:9 aspect ratio, so you really don't need to worry about compatibility. Older games and brand new games may not support ultrawide monitors, so you may need to play the game out of full screen. But in games, it looks amazing. My favorite types of games to play with this are first person space games. They look amazing. You usually get more field of view in games, which puts you at an advantage.Overall, this is a great monitor and I plan on getting two more eventually.

A Budget Ultra Widescreen that doesn't Cripple Your Wallet!
In a few words, this is a wonderful monitor. I remember when ultra widescreen monitors first started popping up here on Amazon about 2012 but the prices were far beyond what I could hope to afford. Fast forward to recent times and the prices have started to drop a bit. The prices are still a bit steep but when I saw the LG listed for a bargain from a seller because of being an open box, I bought it.If there is one thing I'll complain about right away, it's that LG is vague about the requirements or trouble shooting for using this monitor. I downloaded the manual and skimmed it, but I didn't see anything outstanding. When I hooked up the monitor to my 2009 Mac Pro with it's original GT 120 graphics card (with an anemic 512 Mb of RAM) it worked... sort of. It only pushed out a maximum of 1080 x 1920, no matter what I tried with both the System Preferences and fiddling in the monitor's menu. (The little toggle switch at the bottom is kind of cool -- I had no problem quickly figuring it out since I knew ahead of time where it was located and how it should work). It was deeply annoying as I knew it should all work. After using it like a standard widescreen (stretching the resolution to "fill" the ultra widescreen distorted everything and was too annoying to put up with) since the day it had arrived, after posting to Apple forums requesting advice and finding out there were others with the same problems and even upgrading the aging graphics card to a much more powerful EVGA Geforce GTX 960 with 4 gb of RAM and still not getting joy, I was almost ready to give up on this monitor. Then, ironically, I tried something stupidly simple: I had one HDMI from the Mac Pro to it, and I plugged in a second and brought that down to the second HDMI port on the LG. Suddenly a heavenly chorus sang and the LG revealed it's promised ultra widescreen glory!I remember reading that part of the functionality of this monitor is that it can be used as a split screen, but nowhere was it mentioned that BOTH HDMI ports on the rear need to be plugged in for the monitor to work correctly (at least in my case). So, anyone with an older Mac thinking about buying this monitor, take my advice. Do it, but know that you will need to hook it up with at least two sources that use the HDMI on it to get the full resolution. If you have an older Macbook, you might be able to get away with just using an active mini DisplayPort to HDMI adapter to take advantage of this monitor with only one cord. I don't know for sure but I did read that anecdotally somewhere in the Apple forums. As for new Macs and MacBooks, a single HDMI should be ample. The same proves for Windows users. There is software for both Mac and Windows at LG's website that can be used to turn this LG monitor into a discrete dual monitor with two computers, each using a port. I've not tried that yet.As for the picture, I'm more than thrilled with it. I'd describe it as being somewhere between standard and retina in terms of resolution. It seems a little better, with crisp lettering and great color reproduction. I am very pleased with this LG monitor but only regret that I didn't figure out how to take full advantage of it till two days ago (hence my long delay in posting a review). My Windows buddy has a 27 inch Samsung he purchased just a year ago at Costco, but I can tell he's intrigued with the possibilities that having this monitor presents. Take it from me, it is WORTH IT.

Might be the best Budget 60hz 4K Monitor in 2021
Yes, this has a VA panel vs. IPS but honestly, the colour seems almost as good. I was shocked by how bright, vibrant and punchy it is after a few tweaks. It supports full 10-bit colour depth and YCbCr or RGB 4:4:4 Pixel Format with Full RGB vs. some panels budget options which only offer 8-bit - so take note. The viewing angles are very, very good for a VA panel and there is little to no panel glow, unlike IPS panels. I use it as a secondary monitor on an angle beside my main monitor and frankly see little colour shift, which I didn't expect from a VA panel. This is a productivity monitor, though it offers some basic AMD Freesync compatibility for gaming at 60hz. 32" is a nice size for 4K and video/images are clear and text is sharp after adjusting the sharpness in the picture adjustment settings menu. I'm not experiencing any text blurriness vs. some other reviews here and this is while connected via DisplayPort. Also, no significant black crush or dithering - so perhaps I just lucked out in terms of a good panel.I'm not using the provided stand as this monitor is VESA arm compatible. The construction is all plastic and seems solid enough and no better or worse than what I've seen from Samsung in comparison. It is also fairly light in terms of weight - so it is easy to mount and move around. I haven't noticed any flickering with the panel or any creaks/pops or significant heat being generated by the components - which I honestly can't say the same with Samsung in my experience. If you are considering a 4K Monitor, I'd seriously consider and recommend this 32" VA in comparison to other 27/28" IPS offerings at a slightly lower price point. At around $400, I don't believe there is a better purchase option for a Budget 60hz 4K monitor. Note, don't purchase for HDR, as it really doesn't even meet the most basic HDR technical specifications.

Excelente

So far so good
The quality is great and it looks nice in 4k. Was surprised that my 2016 gaming laptop could handle 4k gaming with this monitor for last gen titles at high to max settings. Titles tested include GTA V, Fallout 3, New Vegas, and Borderlands Enhanced as well as Mafia 2 definitive edition. I primarily game using my PS4 Pro on this screen and it looks fantastic. I wish the price was a bit cheaper but you can't go wrong even at this price. I have been using it for about one week to two weeks so hopefully things will stay this good all the time.
