I love this hot tub. The instructions are rubbish, try you tube as can be tricky getting it assembled correctly. The chemicals are weird to begin with, but with experience comes speed and it becomes part of your routine. Oh remember the chemicals have to be purchased separately as they do not come with the hot tub. If its a hot day you want to have it about 30 but if its cold then 35 is like a bath.

Milan 2020 feedback. Excellent product. Much larger than I thought. 4 to 6 people easy. Setup in 20 mins. Follow the instructions u can't go wrong. Pay attention to the numbered bits. Spa was at full temp within 20hrs. Supper easy controls and the WiFi is great. Set pool to heat up 3hrs before shift ends. Perfect for when I get home. Heats about 2 degrees every 1 hour.

This is for my son. He said it was easy to set up and is happy with it.

I was dubious but bought last year at vastly inflated price when lockdown was new-ish and the weather was good. Had the tub just over a year and a fault has developed with the jets in one place as the tube has come away so not forcing the water through the jet holes and it all comes out in a huge fountain which is not useable. Also agree with the other reviews that this is not comfortable for more than 2 people rather that 4-6 as stated.Garden Stores Direct are not taking any responsibility and, instead, against consumer law, they are expecting us to deal with LayZSpa direct. Waste of time and money TBH; wished we'd saved up for something proper.Also the electric bills went from 77 a month to £177 a month (not even using it daily!!!)

Before we purchased this spa we did all the usual checks and comparison details. The milan was just what we wanted. It arrived this am and we were excited to get it up and running for the weekend. After lunch we prepared ourselves for a 15-20 min job. Now this is where it all goes wrong. No instructions on how to set it up! Even on line this is not clear (for 2 70+ novices). Having eventually found the correct adaptor for the air hose we attempted to plug in the pump only to find the cable was not long enough. Our supposedly 7m cable was only 5m in length which meant either relocating the hot tub and preparing another surface of rewiring the external power supply. We thought we could use an extension lead just to help us too inflate the spa only to find that the plug was a German plug and not a UK 13amp plug. This has been a complete waste of an afternoon and we now have to acquire a suitable adaptor before we can proceed. At this moment not best pleased with this product.
