I take these as part of my daily routine. Easy to take. Feel much better since taking them

I have been taking these for a year now. 1 or 2 a day in the winter and 1 every couple of days in summer. Sunbathe wearing just a pair of shorts for half an hour or so in the mid-day Scottish sun for natural Vitamin D. Blood test from the doctor at the start of June showed Vitamin D levels at 207 NMO/L or the American measurement of 82 NG/L. I would not have such a good amount of Vit D as that from sunbathing alone so I would say these have a good amount of Vit D in them. Would be better if they were in a dark glass jar with a screw lid but they were sealed well and safe enough. They have no unnecessary additives which is a big plus. I will defo buy more of these as they keep you a bit safer from Covid 19 and have numerous other health benefits. Hope this is of some help to someone.

I ordered these vitamin d3 capsules specifically because the first & main ingredient is the absorbent vitamin itself (cholecalciferol) and secondly because they are contained within an olive oil base. For effective absorbency, d3 needs a fat.Disappointingly, I received capsules in a sunflower oil base. After receiving an email directly from Zenement asking if I had received the item and if I had any questions etc to contact them. I emailed them explaining the above and they immediately arranged despatch of the correct d3 in olive oil, which I received in 2 days. Amazon had incorrectly send one of the older batch out, which I believe is what happened to another reviewer. Sorted out super fast and very happy with this product. Highly recommended.

I started taking these months ago and I started having severe headaches so I eliminated all supplements stop by step to confirm till I stopped these for weeks and the headaches stopped and went back to my other supplements and headaches stayed away. Weeks later, I decided to try this again yesterday and I only used this supplement and the headaches came in again full-on. Absolutely no doubt it's this supplement, they give me severe headaches just like when I eat pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds, going in the bin!

These soft gels are small and very easy to swallow. After searching through lots of vitamin D products i found these and they seem to be one of the best for good quality, high strength and small soft gels which is exactly what i was looking for. I am very happy with my purchase.

Appears to be very good quality product. My husband and I have just started taking the daily dose following the medical experts advice on TV. Vitamin D3 is recommended to help you build up your immune system to help fight the Covid 19 virus and so far, so good. No problems.

Easy to swallow and no flavour to them, I take one every 4 days.
