There were no instructions, unless it's what was written in chinese. The balloons left no room to tie them closed, and literally cut my fingers when trying to tie them. The happy birthday sign was not put together, and the ribbon that came with it to (unknowingly) do it yourself was tied together so tight, it became a huge tangles mess. The invitations are so small, you can't tell what they are, and there is not enough room to write anything on them if you wanted to. The picture on the invitations is stretched out and looks horrible. The wooden picks for the cake toppers (I am assuming) were splintered and cracked.

Don’t get this item, you get better decorations at Walmart . The cupcakes decorations you need to glue it yourself . The banner is cheap and the letters don’t stay straight . The balloons is the only good thing . I spend 28 dollars in just balloons . VERY DISSATISFIED
