Great support for over-pronator and tendonitis
I developed PTIT as a result of wearing some too-big running shoes for a weekend. I am an over-pronator and my feet collapse in when I walk or run, but I am a super active person running and cycling every day so I was devastated when I got PTIT. I was in a boot for weeks, no activity, spent $$$ on physio, special orthotic inserts ($800) and the pain continued. I felt like the custom inserts were missing something. I bought these and wow. They are very supportive and have a carbon fiber reinforced arch so it really helps stop your arch collapsing. I added a little extra stick-on arch cushion to these and I could walk pain free almost straight away. I've now done two 12 mile hikes and my feet feel great! If you have PTIT or any other issue that needs arch support these are fantastic! Highly recommended.I have tried all the insole brands and these had the best support. I also tried the 10 second ultra arch which was good but these are better.

Pruchased 2 pair in Sept of 2020
I purchased two pair of these 10Sec 3210 Motion Control insoles over 2 years ago to put in some New Balance 860 Series 8 Motion Control shoes. I walk/run 5-10 miles a day, and climb 10-75 flights of stairs a day in my workouts [5 days a week]. While I love the 3810 Ultra Arch support insoles (by 10Sec now formerly NB), I tweaked my ankles too many time in running shoes (NB993 with 3810's) going down stairs that I decided on days when I was concentrating on stair training, that I would wear NB860s8 with 3210 insoles and the results were noticeable! Rarely when tired or going down stairs fast would I tweak my ankles with Motion Control Shoes/Insoles. My feet just struck flat more often. So for others who do stair training (Hiking), I highly recommend these insoles. As to long walk/runs (5 miles), for me the 3210's didn't offer enough arch support compared to 3810's that my feet started to hurt after 3 miles. In regards to pain transferred to my knees/back both the 3810 & 3210 were comparable.FYI: After wearing a shoe/insole, I would not wear it again for 48 hours to give the foam a chance to regain its full resistance. I have 2 NB860s8 and 3 NB993 and alternate the shoes based on the type of training I am doing that day, and I believe that goes a long way in extending the life of both the shoes and insoles.

I swear by these, purchased multiple times.
Over the years I've developed neuroma in my left foot. Anyone familiar with this condition knows the pain of a spike shoving through the bottom of the ball of your foot. Doctor recommended I get motion control inserts. Tried those things that go on the back half of your foot but all they did was force more weight onto the balls of my feet. Ridiculously painful. Found these inserts originally at New Balance store and the company used the New Balance logo. Then they disappeared from the strore a couple years ago and I was in a panic. These are the ONLY inserts that work for me. Found them here on Amazon under the new name of 10 Seconds to Comfort. Darned straight, no lie! I use them in all my running shoes, hiking shoes, golf shoes and even my ski boots. Know that you'll have to buy shoes a little larger so that you can fit these inserts into the the shoe. I wear an 8 M, but have to move up to 8.5 for golf and 9 for running. All depends on your shoe manufacterer. Take these to the shoe store and try them out before buying the shoes. Good news is the inserts are true to size for 8-8.5.

Good insoles
I've bought probably 10 of these over the years going back to when they were New Balance branded. Out of the box they will make your shoes squeak. I add painters tape to the underside and that eliminates the squeaks. The price has increased by 57% in the last year which is absolutely ridiculous. I hope some other brands emulate this model because the price is outrageous.-1 star for squeaks-1 star for massive price hike.

Years of foot pain, gone!
Iโve dealt with foot pain (especially when standing in place) for 3 to 4 years. I was told by an excellent local shoe store that I needed metatarsal and arch support. They recommended these. I bought five pairs for all of my boots and running shoes. The pain is gone and Iโm amazed! It does take a week or two to get used to these, and itโs a little uncomfortable. The pain I dealt with was literally gone the very first day I wore these. Total game changer!!

Too Thick for Shoes
My husband wears this brand, so I wanted to try a pair. These are comfy and seem well-made, but they are too dense. If an after-market insole is thicker than the one that came in the shoe, chances are the foot will slip in the heel. As did these.

Did all they said they would
I bought these insoles for my husband to try on his brother's recommendation. They both have plantar fasciitis, and his brother said they really helped. They did! These insoles are an economical solution and provide a lot of comfort. However, they squeak and creak with every step! We hoped that they would get broken in and stop, but even after a couple weeks of almost daily wear, they still are annoyingly noisy. I guess the only benefit was that I always knew where my husband was!
