These enable easily, and without heat to provide access for future or present taps for additions to water service. In my case, heat would have been a problem due to the location of the plumbing. I built a stub with a male adapter off site with a cap for future use. I simply tied in to the existing with the compression fitting and will utilize this later with little effort.

Got what I expected

When I considered the purchase I liked the price but not the delivery time. Being able to put off the project for a bit I decided to go for it. The price was great and I was impressed with the spot on delivery time frame. The product came from China and was delivered in the first day of the delivery time frame and was exactly what I needed.

Used to plumb an after cooler on my air compressor. Worked great to seal 5/8" OD copper flex pipe. Only issue was the item took 30 days to arrive. I get there's COVID, but I thought that was excessive for an "in stock" item.

We needed this to connect the water hoses from the faucet to the angle valve on the wall. They fit perfectly.

The quality is not a heavy grade brass for use on a air hose hook up on a heavy duty truck

I'm using this to create a freeze-resistant chicken waterer. Installing the 1/8 NPT watering nipples into the female side, with a 5" section of 3/8 copper tubing that will project into an insulated water cooler (water reservoir) and conduct the warmth of the water to the nipples and hopefully keep them from freezing up. Fingers crossed....

I couldn't find this fitting locally. All Home Depot had was sharkbite push to connect fittings. I don't trust those fittings. This fitting is exactly what I needed to replace my washing machine shut off valves.
